Excellent location, great breakfast, professional helpful service and staff, room 516 with large balcony and phenomenal views, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. Highly recommended.

To be honest, we were quite disappointed with our stay.
Unfortunately, the photos shown online do not match the reality at all. The room was not clean — we noticed mold, as well as black hairs, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet even basic expectations.
It was really upsetting to pay for a hotel and receive such a low standard in return.
We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality for future guests.

Location is unbeatable! Parking is very narrow but still very useful
Room was small and not prepared for us. Sofa cover was dirty, air in the room smelling nobody opened the window before us, sheets also old and changed a long time ago. Breakfast coffee was not good at all. At least tea was great. Staff extremely nice.

Location excellent, could not be better if you tried,
bed firm and not the problem, its the pillows that was my problem, and they were awful with no comfort, support or good nights sleep in them at all. and no further pillows in the cupboard, the room shower very poor on all accounts, the bathroom not the cleanest and could do with some TLC around the edges, breakfast seemed overpriced for the quality at 20 euros each and 28 euros to park my vehicle considering i am staying in the hotel?

Wonderful situation close to the cathedral
WiFi did not work for most of our second day. The instructions for finding the garage did not link to our satnav so we parked elsewhere. The bathroom was very tired. Our rooms view was onto grimy rooves.

Not as good at the Mercure in Montruille and the route to the parking was a bit torturous

Great property very sensual couldn’t have asked for better
Car park was an issue (no fault of the hotel it’s historic town) the hotel helpfully sent emails with advice if you drive a larger vehicle don’t attempt any of the car parks on the list even if it says it will fit. They are incredibly narrow go to the one that offered the largest headroom clearance.
