Very Good
An attractive and well appointed brand hotel in the old town very close to the Cathedral.
Helpful staff. Were able to provide dinner in the restaurant when I arrived unexpectedly late due.
The room was clean and well appointed.
Nothing worth mentioning.

Wonderful
Although the hotel was in the centre of the old town it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.
Nice touch having a fridge too. Shower was excellent.
The hotel is in the middle of the old town so if you arrive by car it’s a bit complicated to get to. The hotel provided an access code for us to use but it didn’t work and it was only because another driver gave us the correct code that we were able to get into the town. Apparently the code we were given had expired!

Fantastic location in Rouen. Just steps to the cathedral. Modern amenities. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
The parking for the hotel was difficult to find despite what appeared to be very clear instructions. We ended up parking in a public underground garage that was on the list and it worked out just fine.

We had a lovely room with a shared balcony / terrace this gave us the most amazing view over Rouen and view of the nearby Cathedral. Room very clean & cosy. Breakfast fabulous - lots to choose from. Very Central Hotel with limited Parking underneath although parking spaces are more suited to smaller cars we did manage to squeeze our larger car in, if this hadn’t been the case there are other car park options a short walk away. We would definitely without question stay here again - highly recommend! Very Dog Friendly … Merci Beaucoup x
Ps. We stayed here as a joint 60th Holiday Celebration and Our Mecure experience helped add to the fabulous memories xxx
No Complaints at all except we wished we could have stayed longer.

Very Good
Location. A typical Mercure: you know what you are going to get.
Comfortable if rather neat rooms.
Simple supper one evening. David coped single handed with a busy room. Cheerful and efficient
Attention to detail in housekeeping.
Tea tray not topped up. Irritating when you find the milk powder hasn’t been replaced when you get up in the morning for a tea.
Bath mat not replaced. Minor, but not expected at these prices.
