Good location near the river and close to the historic centre. Easy to drop off bags and check in, and secure parking at the rear of the building. Very friendly staff.
Bathroom was very small and needed more hanging hooks
The hotel is by a busy road and although it was nice to be able to open the window it was a bit noisy.

Reception staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking was great. Bed was very comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk into town. Kettle provided.
Bath was small and room was really missing a little fridge and an iron.

Secure parking was brilliant especially as we came on motorcycles. Breakfast was good. Staff throughout the hotel were great, really helpful.
Rooms are quite small but ok especially for price and central location.

Check out not till 12, not bad breakfast. Secure parking for motorbikes, but be there early to reserve
Very standard clinical rooms, minimal . Couldn’t adjust heating or aircon. Some lights didn’t work. Couldn’t connect phone or usb to tv(old tv’s)

Location was good. Our rooms were quiet for the night and the air conditioning seemed to work. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Hall lights a bit slow in operating but wasn’t really a problem.
