Good location. Disabled access room was suitably equipped and met our needs.
The choice of breakfast was limited. Car park was tight to manoeuvre but good and secure.

Excellent location with a few minutes walk to the town centre. Parking onsite (limited spaces) so we didn’t get wet when it rained. Selection of breakfast items including gluten free bread. Our room was overlooking the road which has a lot of traffic but the windows kept the noise out. Kettle included.
Our room was on floor 1 but not all rooms are on the level of the lift so we had a few stairs to go up. This wasn’t a problem for me but check if this is something that affects you.

Parking place affordable
The hotel looks good only from the front facade; otherwise, it is just an ordinary hotel with very, very small rooms. The bathroom is also extremely small. There is a bridge next to the hotel, and underneath it there are quite a lot of homeless people. The parking area is suitable only for small cars — if you have a larger vehicle, there is a high risk of scratching it.

Spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed and bedding, clean, close to the city center, and friendly staff. There is also a piano in the lobby where you can play or enjoy listening to other guests perform.

Attention to detail was missing floor at side entrance had not been cleaned as there was dried dirt on flooring for three days Service poor at outside terrace , had to keep asking for toiletries and coffee and milk to be replaced in room also our dirty coffee cups were not removed from room for two days I had to take to reception

The interior is really new so it feels clean. The location is also very close to two bus stations so it is convenient but also quiet. The staff here are the most helpful. The bus never came so I almost did not have enough time to catch my train. All the staff came together to help me figure out a way to complete this mission impossible and get me to the train station on time.
The wifi is slow. But if you are not someone like me who need to upload and download bunch of 4K videos everyday, it will not make a difference to you.

The car parking was convenient.
A tired hotel. The corridors all smelt of something dead. Most things are painted brown; clearly to conceal the dirt. The rooms are very small. There is a light on the exterior wall which shines through the curtain all night. Not a restful hotel.
