Wonderful
Great location with car parking for central Rouen (although the parking cannot be reserved so arrive early if you think it could be busy). Lots of convenient surfaces in the room to put stuff on.

The receptionist on duty was extremely friendly and helpful; she helped guide us through a tight spot with the car and also with opening the garage door, and she gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The room was small but very comfortable and the bathroom modern.

Disappointing
There wasn't much to love to be honest. I guess breakfast was decent and the night staff helpfully tried to get me parked in a spot to avoid fines (car park was full).
Car park was full (there was no way to book a spot in advance). It's a very noisy area near a busy road and fly over (nothing like the pictures on the website). The staff wasn't efficient at all during checkin and finally, for the price, the room was very basic, small and not very practical. I would basically avoid next time.

Very close to the Seine and all of its nightlife. Clean and modern with superb staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Off street parking as well.

Good
Secure parking worth the extra 12 euro . Great mattress, minimalist room but contained everything required. Great location for City walking. Great check in check out.
Asked to leave the bar at 22.00 as the barman wanted to clean up asked to sit in reception a little bizarre. Breakfast was at best shambolic. No staff present, no welcome, no name taken, no table allocated. Most not refrigerated, cold! Milk had gone off. Tracked down a member of staff asked for fresh . When fresh milk was received the lady concerned was grumpy and off hand. A real shame as the rest of the Hotel was very good indeed.
