Wonderful
The staff are all polite and efficient. The room was cool and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a car park which was easy to access and reasonably priced.
It was a little noisy whilst trying to get an early night. However, it wasn't a big problem and we would stay here again

Disappointing
Accessible by public and pedestrian streets.
The hotel did not provide the two separate twin beds for the rooms which I requested a month ahead and they approved. The rooms which safe was locked out for use.

Easy to find, super friendly staff, lovely restaurant area, great breakfast and although we couldn’t use the car park due to a roof box on our car we were able to park up beside the hotel.
We were in a quadruple room and the air con could have been better - it was really hot and stuffy and although the window opened it was too hot outside.

Typical large city hotel. Aircon which was good in the very warm weather. The room was rather small but fine for an overnight stopover. Secure parking under the hotel but tight for a larger car. Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful but there weren’t enough of them !
Location great for the city centre.
No pleasant outdoor space , just a walled terrace.

We upgraded to a room with terrace. Room was very small and too hot to use terrace. 35 degrees and the air con stopped working

Location is good. Room is clean, comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast is super delicious.
The staff member who works at night (old black man who wears glasses) was very rude to me and harassed me as I went down to reception to get water at night. He screamed at me as if I was his child!! He wasn’t in the reception, he was laying in the coach next to it. I didn’t know he was working there because he was on his phone laying in the coach but then he screamed at me for not saying hi to him? He also screamed “where you going?” As I was headed to the bathroom and asked me to show my card with very rude and bad attitude.
There was not telephone in the room despite it mentioned , i wanted to order breakfast to be delivered to my room but I couldn’t reach the reception so when I went down and asked them the lady said “maybe someone stole it haha” and she laughed? Also she made me deliver my own breakfast upstairs which i don’t mind btw but I know this was not my job to do.
The bathtub wasn’t clean when I got it there was black dots and stains everywhere.
