Good location, very close to cathedral, room with bath.
Room was too small. Too thin walls it was possible to hear neighbours. Receptionist should have reminded that they have double windows so we could have blocked street noise.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Recent renovations are noticeable and appreciated
No air conditioning meant we had to sleep with the window open. There was lots of activity at the park across the street with people yelling and screaming. The area the hotel was in was not one that I would feel safe in at night.

Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. They accommodated our bicycles which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Stayed here this time last year. Comfortable quiet hotel, courteous service. Given useful advance information for arrival by car.
Nice to be on the first floor though we travel light with just an overnight bag. Great location next to a car park, though roadworks meant access was guesswork. Gabriel extremely kindly printed out some private documents for us. Lovely hotel and stay in Rouen, thank you.
