Superbe expérience. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville, et la chambre était très propre, confortable et parfaite pour se reposer.
Ce qui a vraiment rendu ce séjour exceptionnel, c'est la qualité du service. Un immense merci à Audrey à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux ! Elle s'est montrée d'une gentillesse absolue, extrêmement aidante, aimable et attentionnée, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur font toute la différence.
Une adresse que je recommande et où je reviendrai les yeux fermés !

i am answering the survey because this is the only way I can submit my comments, but this is more an evaluation for Booking more than the hotel. We received confirmation from Booking that our reservation was confirmed and when we arrived we were told that they didn't have rooms available and that there weren't any in all Normandy. We slept on our car at a gas station that night. When we arrived at the hotel the gentleman on the front desk showed us a list of all the reservations that were overbooked by bookings system and there were two or three people sleeping at the hotel's lobby.

I’ve stayed there many times and love the location and easy atmosphere
This time the lift broke - I was on the 5th floor !
The staff were great - but I still got exhausted !
I don’t like the new make over - silly tiny square sink which must be awful for the cleaners !

Caring and helpful staff, Happy to chat. We felt welcome. Breakfast was better than most and all freshly baked with fresh orange juice and good quality jams and museli. Clean premises and room. Lift for convenience. Great location.
Bedroom was too hot, especially at night. Because we were near a major junction it meant a lot of noise most of the night having the window open. Difficulty in sleeping well.

The staff were excellent. Good location. Comfy beds and bedding. Breakfast was adequate.
The hotel was advertised with parking but the parking was an open-air public car park which cost us 11.60€ extra. The car park was unstaffed and not secure.
We booked a room with our dog included. On arrival we had to pay extra for the dog- this fee wasn’t mentioned previously. There dead insects on the carpet in the room. Tea and coffee in the room only provided one cup for a family room. The bathroom door handle was unattached.

The location was excellent
It was fine but slightly disappointing - more of an Ibis Budget than an Ibis Styles. Room was a bit small, no parking attached to the hotel.

Excellent location. Finding it was a bit tricky as there are road works blocking access to the nearest road. Plenty of on and off road parking....bit expensive if you stay midweek though. Continental breakfast was fine, staff were friendly and helpful despite our lack of the language. Would definitely stay again
