Location of the hotel is great, clean safe under ground public parking very near by the hotel (24hr Security Monitoring)
Staff are very nice and helpful at the hotel
No A/C in rooms, street noise if windows are open for ventilation.

Exceptional staff attitudes, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unexpected (unaware it was included) but set us up for the day

At last a kettle !!! Hope now permanent as not on booking website. I regularly ask for one
Car park near by.
Some things they need to finish off ( I am an experienced hotel visitor !) :
-needs a cupboard for clothes ( lots space for one )
- towel rail in bathroom
- larger shelf for kettle
- more sockets
- both sides of bed need a small table

i am answering the survey because this is the only way I can submit my comments, but this is more an evaluation for Booking more than the hotel. We received confirmation from Booking that our reservation was confirmed and when we arrived we were told that they didn't have rooms available and that there weren't any in all Normandy. We slept on our car at a gas station that night. When we arrived at the hotel the gentleman on the front desk showed us a list of all the reservations that were overbooked by bookings system and there were two or three people sleeping at the hotel's lobby.

Conveniently located very close to the blablacar bus drop off location and the cathedral. The decor was fresh and novel. I was surprised at how nice the hotel was. The breakfast was wonderful. A machine squeezed fresh orange juice on the spot. The croissants were perfect. We were able to boil our own eggs.
My husband said he saw a mouse!

Good location, with Ibis you probably know what you’re going to get. Nothing extra special but nothing too terrible as well.
Very tiny for 4 people in one room, the area itself was so-so, but walkable to the very centre.
