Good. Location & easy to find. On site parking (although at extra charge)
From the number of guests that we saw at the hotel it did not look full so it was inexplicable to us why we were allocated a room on the very top floor. Heat rises and during a heatwave this is even worse. Our room was too hot all the time. It was impossible to have a window open because of road noise and the AC was not capable of cooling the room. As a result we were uncomfortable during this stay.

Our stay at Ibis Rouen was a very pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. Although it is not included in the room rate, it costs only €17 and is absolutely worth it. The buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious sweet and savory options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rouen.

Great location with underground parking and a fabulous breakfast.
The underground carpark was scary. the marked spaces are very tight for any vehicle but particularly for larger vehicles.
