Good location being only a 10/15 minute walk from the hotel to the city centre and secure parking a huge bonus. Also really good breakfast. Hotel does need upgrading though - overall good stay.

Great location for exploring the city, on site secure underground parking, albeit at an additional cost , staff on check in and on breakfast duties are very pleasant and professional
Decor in the rooms & corridors is looking very tired, carpets in the corridors are showing signs of obvious ware and stains , unfortunately for the elderly bus party the lifts were not operational on the day of check out

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was comprehensive and great selection. Parking straightforward. Air-conditioning too! Pillow was comfy.

This was a great choice hotel for a good value stay in the city of Rouen. It was close enough to walk into the city centre. Staff were really helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were good choices for breakfast and the option to securely park on site (for a fee) was a huge bonus.

Secure parking. Comfortable bed. Good Shower. Standard breakfast. Outside the hotel is a free tram into the centre for good restaurant food. Shopping centre across the street for fast food. About 15-20 mins walk to the historic centre. Staff were ok.
You get what you pay for. The hotel could do with a make-over. The floor to ceiling window could do with a net curtain so you’re not on full view to the street during the day. Also, the room could do with a bedside table on both sides of the bed, because on one side your stuff has to go on the floor. For those with mobility concerns, be aware there’s no lift up one floor to the hotel from the garage so it’s either using the stairs carrying your luggage or going by the ramp car entrance/exit out & around to the front entrance reception.

Convenient location, friendly staff.
Shower not cleaned properly (orange/pink mould in corners) bathroom floor had black areas. Bedroom curtain was torn and missing hooks.

Walkable to the centre.
Unpleasant smell all over hotel, no fresh air in a room, can't open window. Bathroom need an attention. Overall all hotel need updating. Dirty carpets, shower.

Shower was lovely. Location near tram and opposite Sanint Server Mall was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would have liked a refrigerator and a kettle but did know these were not offered.

The staff made the difference. They were welcoming and helpful. There was secure parking. On the day of check-out, we left our car in the car park and dashed across the road to a shopping center. When we returned to collect the car. My handbag had been handed in, as I left it on the ground whilst packing the car. I had another bag, so didn’t notice, but it had our passports and a few items of jewelry in it. Thank you to the honest staff. Rare in this world!
The shower did have a bit of mold and the bedroom curtain was a bit torn. But otherwise clean and comfortable.
