Coziness of the bed was on another level, loved that and the quietness of the whole hotel.. it might have been empty at the time of our visit, but it was very calming.
Shared floors might have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t a problem.

Good value for money, room could be cleaner, corners not cleaned, but bed clean and very comfy, hallway carpet filthy, but beyond help, needs replacement. Breakfast good for the price, pizza from the bar excellent. Very good location, tram right outside takes you to the points of interest, just four stops away and shopping mall with lots of shops, including Primark, coffee shops etc. just across the road.

When extras added on arrival (tax, parking, breakfast, pet) nearly doubled the price advertised Receptionist speaking on telephone the whole time Nice bar but no beer, no draught, no bottles, no food available. No restaurant or bars nearby

Good location parking just underneath and was wide for an under ground car park. Howel was nice and modern.
There was a party going on upstairs room until about midnight until eventually someone went and knocked on their door. The soundproofing was lacking that I could hear everything very loudly.
