Good location. Host had cold water in the fridge and gave us an extra fan.
No air conditioning. Although it does say it does not have AC, the house is too hot for summer months. I would go somewhere else with AC. In fact we had to book a hotel with AC to accommodate my mom. With climate change it is imperative to get AC. To dangerous to be in a house with just fans. And extreme heat is not going anywhere unfortunately. Stairs are extremely narrow and the bathroom is downstairs. Not comfortable at all to use it at night time. Strong of humidity when you enter but fades when you go upstairs.

location near the historic city center.
There is a window in the room, but it doesn't open. Instead, there is an air conditioner that works all the time. I think it would be better to make windows that can be opened, so you can also save money on electricity, and fresh air is still nicer.

Room was dark and the entire hotel smelled musty. Nice breakfast available before 7 30am on a weekend. No good when travelling early.

The shower was clogged and unfortunately the staff couldn’t fix the problem. No hairdryer equipped in our room but luckily we could borrow one from the reception.

The hotel is situated an easy 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Secure parking beneath the hotel a bonus.
Below par compared to other B&B Hotels I've stayed in. Dark and cramped room, dirty floor, bathroom needs a bit of bleach and a good clean. I Stayed for two nights but my room was not cleaned or checked by cleaning staff.

Отель очень устал- ужасно грязный пол везде в коридорах, с непонятными пятнами и разводами, обшарпанные стены и двери. Персонал не говорит на английском, объяснялись знаками.
