Staff was excellent in informing us of any safety issues (during the strikes) for our walk into town and also assisting us in securing our bicycles (which were on bike rack at back of car) inside the hotel.

Good
Great location near city center and next to the river. Easy access and comfortable parking. Good bed linen and shower gel, good coffee and good breakfast (traditional b&b hotels chain). Pleasant to have board games at the reception!
Very -very dirty floor just everywhere! Dust flying in the room... Broken sink. Awfully dirty elevator.. room ventilation was off and sleeping with window opened felt quite unsafe in the current circumstances in France

Disappointing
No
We were bitten by two bedbugs, which we found in the blanket. Moreover, after two days, one of our family members developed an allergic reaction and is still receiving treatment at a skin hospital in Thailand. While we knew we were bitten, we informed the hotel manager to request the hotel to assist us to laundry to clean our stuff. It was our first day of the France trip.

Good organization - fast check in. Good parking. Nice employees. Good breakfast.
Room is a bit small and needs some renovation. But still okay, and price is good. So everything fine.

Parking easily available just outside. Desk was manned throughout. Short walk into the centre of Rouen. Breakfast was good with plenty to eat.
Extra pillows as one was not enough.
