Great property! It was beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was great, as well. We stayed on the 4th floor, which required taking the lift to floor 3 and then walking up one flight of stairs.
The room on the top floor was hot when we arrived (August), but we opened the window and turned on the fan. It cooled off nicely and was very comfortable. It was a bit loud, but that’s Saturday night in Rouen. My recommendation is to open the window and pack some earplugs.

Location is central, i like the smell of the towels and handsoap.
Our room was located under a sloping roof, which made the bathroom somewhat impractical. We are not bath people, so having to shower while standing in the bathtub was a bit challenging, especially since there was no shower curtain. The low ceiling above the tub further limited the space. I can only imagine that taller guests might even need to sit down to take a shower comfortably.

The location is convenient
It is not as it was advertised on Bookings. Our superior double room was tiny. No area to walk in the room. No wardrobe closet or shelves for clothes or to place more than just one suitcase. Only a clothes bar with 6 hangers. No chair to sit on. No lock box to store valuables. A very uncomfortable stay.

We chose this hotel because of its central location (~2 blocks from the cathedral). While the room was small, it was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was kind, efficient, and spoke English. The property does not have a dedicated parking space, but the public Opera underground parking lot is conveniently located half a block away.
If you have large luggage, you may find it awkward to store it in the room while keeping enough space to move around in the room.

The location is convenient really few walking minutes from the cathedral and the city center. Room was in very good conservation state and the bathroom was newly furbished and all was clean.
Unfortunately the room was very small as well as the bathroom. Also the breakfast area was quite small with limited number of places to sit so often guests had to wait before being able to access. The hotel has no parking so we had to park in a nearby parking which was spacious and clean but did not come for free.

The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only concern was the room we were allocated was tiny. We could not walk around the double bed, we had to crawl over it. The bathroom was tiny, clean, niely appointed, however not enough room to turn around in the shower and difficult to wash your hair! For two people the room was tooooo small.

Good location , centre to town and quay.....most facilities you require and ideal for a one night stay.
Decoration a little dark and mix of odd styles, wallpapers, objects, dried grasses etc. We had room 26, second floor overlooking the street..no noise issues but the room was very small, the ensuite facilities, good but again very small if your a larger size of person this might be a bit of a squeeze. The room had a slight odour of drain which we did mention to the reception girl.

Perfect position to visit the city center, price is very competitive, staff is nice and responsive, room is very cozy and has everything even if is small. Tastefully decorated.
I normally do not give 10s, not even 9. But considering the price we paid and how good was our stay, I think the value of this hotel is a 10.

The staff was exceptional, especially the young woman who was there for two of the three days. Quality customer care. Professional and personable.
No refrigerator or microwave and no food or drink in the rooms. I understand the reason, but it did make things a little difficult to ensure my sister was able to take her meds at the appropriate times. Nonetheless, if I do come out that way again, I will definitely stay there.
