I understand it wasnt one of the more expensive rooms but i was a bit put off by what looked like mold on the curtains.

Good breakfast, nice location. Friendly staff.
Rooms were outdated. Initially we had a room (room 409) under the rooftop that could not be heated enough (also the bathroom and whole corridor was very cold). After complaining they offered us another room that was ok, but still: this is definately not a 5 star room (rather old feeling) although you pay a very high price.

Superb and charming hotel - quiet comfortable room, wonderful spa with pool, sauna, haman. All staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely bar. Hotel situated in the centre of the town.
Very small - a very squeaky bathroom door and no obvious place to leave used towels in the spa the only things I can think of !

Disappointing
The staff, the location, the valet parking, and pretty much nothing else. It's stunningly average. If you're after a 5 star, and the feel good cosseting you can expect from one, you will be sorely disappointed.
There is no way on earth this is a 5 star hotel. It's close to an outrage that it still calls itself one. It's not even a 4. It's tired, appalllingly decorated (red and black? In such oppressive quantities you can barely see down the corridor).

Bright and comfortable room, with large bathroom and great shower. Very good breakfast. Excellent spa with fitness, large pool and saunas etc. Most of all very helpful staff.
Really central location.
I thought the bar was rather dark... and I really don't like bathrooms that don't provide a bar of soap!
