A beautiful boutique hotel, filled with antiques. Great location. Lovely attic room, very clean. Staff were exceptional. A nice continental breakfast
No air con, which I knew, but didn't expect 90°+ temps! Had fan in room, was a little helpful.

Central location and comfortable bed. Good shower with very hot water. Front desk staff was very friendly.
It was extremely hot in the room. No coffee in the room. Bar across the street was excessively loud until very late, and as it was so hot in the room we had to keep the windows open to the noise. I did not sleep much at all.

my room was right over the street in front of a bar! noice up to at least midnight or later .Does not have air conditioning so windows had to be open wide , noise coming in , also the street lights ! was veryyyyy hot . Awful night.

The staff was very friendly. It was very clean.
The hotel is it a bit of rustique style. So not too modern. Most annoying is the parking situation - they DO NOT have their own parking, you need to go park into a parking garage 10 minutes walk away. Complicated to drop off the luggage. Not recommended as a stay if you come by car.

The receptionist was unfriendly upon arrival. The instructions on how to reach the hotel by car were very poor, which is frustrating since it’s located in a pedestrian zone. The room was not heated and was very cold. Additionally, the room is accessed via very steep stairs, and there were old carpets on the floor, making for a very unpleasant stay."

Good location, they held our luggage after checking out for the day. They had shampoo and soap. Tea was available in our room.

While don't recall asking for a "quiet"room, our room did face the street with many cafes (no cars) and one cafe directly across from our room was still noisy at 2 AM. Not a reason to negatively impact our rating as we did enjoy our stay and to reiterate the staff was exceptional as was the location.

Very happy with the room - it was very cute and well-appointed. Price was great and the location was ideal. Close to the railway station and right beside restaurants, bars and the town centre. Perfect.
For the older gentleman such as myself, a room on the fifth floor when the lift only goes to the fourth is far from ideal. So the lesson is -enquire first.
