Best location and we were thrilled that it was in the heart of the beautiful laneways. Easy distance to walk with luggage to the train station. Very friendly staff. Lovely clean room with great pillows.
The breakfast was a little overpriced for what was on offer but I suspect that was due to breakfast bookings on the day.

Beautiful classic furniture and decor in the room and hotel. Great location with steps to main sights in Rouen. Good and secure front door lock process. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a little small but functional. No english TV channels.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was small but charming with a beautiful design, the bathroom was also a real beauty.
Amazing good quality matress, lovely furniture and mirrors. The reception was welcoming and helpful. We will come back for sure! We loved spending a few days in Rouen.

A very welcoming and helpful reception. We had a charming small room, the bathroom was beautifully designed. Every piece of furniture in the room was carrefully selected by a skilled interior designer: the vintage bedside cabinets, the chest of drawers, the mirrors, the decorative wall light. The mattress was the best we experienced so far! We loved Rouen so we will come back for sure at this hotel!

The room door lock wasn't working well. The bathtub was leaking. Very small elevator. Worn bathroom towels
