Everything good, everything perfect! Lovely hotel!! Aaaammaaaaaziiiing staff!!! Very kind and helpful people working in this hotel :))) The room was clean! Nice and comfortable bed, and nice size bathroom! Super happy with the stay! If we come back to Rouen one day, for sure we will stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful to guide us from the parking moment until check-out. Parking is not for beginner level drivers, it is quite steep and make sure your car height is okay. Location of the hotel was great, easy to walk everywhere.
Elevator's inspection date was outdated and already making some sounds, needs a new validity tag! Nothing major, our room's lights were not working, we just had the light in bathroom and corridor and this wasn't big obstacle, but if you wanted to read a book, that would not be possible. I believe this is an easy fix for the hotel.

I had an unexpectedly spacious room. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom fixtures were on the older side, but everything worked fine. There was a good selection at breakfast.
I only discovered on my second night that I could shut a second layer of glass in the window, which meant that my first night wasn't as quiet.

Location was excellent, close to main attractions, town and restaurants, nearby car park available at very good overnight rates. Staff member spoke fluent English and was cheerful and helpful. Hotel reception area and dining room we're well presented. Good choice for breakfast inclusive of hot and cold drinks. Comfortable clean bed.
Room decor and facilities were tired and carpet was worn.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and communicative. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. Also the breakfast was really nice.
The showerhead had water going in all directions, but it was not that bad. The water pressure was good.

The room was large, there was a bath and shower in the toilet. wither oom at the rear there was no traffic noise. The downside meant no view. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was a large choice of food.
The car park.. I am a very experienced driver but I have to say the area designated as a car park should not be. A very steep ramp in and out of the cellar. Low roof line, if I recall it was said to be 1.8m. I drive a Compact SUV it is not large as a lot of MPV/SUVs yet the ariel on the car's roof still scraped on one part of the ceiling. It is a very tight fit in the cellar. I was charged money for the privilege of parking the car over night. No warnings or costs are shown on the listing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, very kind. The location is great, right next to the city center and walkable distance to main attractuons, without being "in the center", I had no complains for noices or anything.
Is a bit old, but it was also undergoing repairs when I went so maybe they are working in improvements. Everything works and I have no comolains more than it was just an old building, but I only spent a night there and it served me great.
