The bed was comfortable and I had a good view of the cathedral from my window. The location was lovely, I enjoyed the area and had a great walk about. The wifi was good enough for streaming, although I did experience some lags.
The shower head wasn't fixed to the wall, meaning I either had to hold it or prop it on the pole in a very awkward position. The shower also had some visible mold on the metal panels. The room is very small and when I arrived it was over 30 degrees and the windows and door were closed so there was no ventilation. My room smelled like BO, fortunately it wasn't the bedding or towels, just the air. Opening the window for an hour certainly helped although the smell lingered in the bathroom. They do advertise no air-conditioning, but they could at the very least put fans in the room when they know its over 30 in the middle of summer. There was no lift, but they do allow you to request ground floor rooms, I was on the top floor, but I honestly enjoyed the exercise.

It is in a very good location, and the area is quiet. From the window, I had a view of the cathedral. The staff is kind.
Some things in the room are outdated, and a few could be easily fixed—for example, parts of the curtain have come loose from the curtain rod and should be reattached. I stayed in April, so the lack of air conditioning didn’t bother me, but it could be quite uncomfortable in the summer.

The location was really central, the breakfast was good with selection.
The bedroom and the hotel is simpler than i thought. It’s ok, I had a nice good night sleep. But the structures are a bit old and simple. and I though I but expensive comparing price-quality.

Amazing location, superb value for money, super friendly staff. Astonishing room view of the Rouen cathedral. Secure luggage storage after checkout. Small but well equipped room (kettle, coffee/tea, good heating, hair dryer, table with light, wardrobe).
Very small shower would be inconvenient for large persons. No elevator (mentioned in the description, you can ask for a room on a lower floor).
