The Hotel, Rooms and location are all ok.
We selecting the hotel based on parking availability. Before booking 'on site parking' was highlighted. After booking "limited spaces" only. On arrival by car: "no space". we had to park 1 km away in a the first parking with places available (adding 17 euro to our cost) and walk back with suitcases to the hotel. There one car was parked in the court yard and there was room for two more...

Charming hotel with helpful and warm staff. Very clean. Our room was comfortable, albeit smallish, and had a lovely wraparound balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast, although quite expensive (€27), was exceptional. Excellent location too.
Onsite parking was provided and free. However, it featured a car elevator that to someone like my husband and I who are claustrophobic, was a nightmare. In fact, our departure was delayed by about 1.5 hours because it broke and we couldn’t get our car out.

Excellent position In heart of Old Rouen
On our day of leaving…. With a planned visit to Honfleur the Elevator which carries cars down and up from the underground hotel car park had malfunctioned We had to wait several hours before it could be deemed safe by an engineer Thus we had to cut out our visit to Honfleur and instead go to Dieppe for our Ferry. Very frustrating

The staff were lovely, the location was amazing and the hotel rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
There was no water in the rooms on arrival. This is because they don't use plastic but they are happy to bring a bottle to you.
