Good location, quiet room & good breakfast.
Staff gave confusing information about parking and incorrect information about availability of laundry service - we wasted a day waiting on laundry service that was not available. The a/c in our room on the top floor was not great.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr umweltbewusst ist auch, dass man sich eine Karaffe gefiltertes Wasser von der Rezeption mit aufs Zimmer nehmen kann. Altstadt zu Fuss in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It included an excellent coffee machine
The location was ideally located in old Rouen near the market square, Jeanne d’Arc cathedral and the Rouen Notre Dame Cathedral

The room was clean,large and comfortable. The location was great for walking around
The room was very dark. There was very little natural light. There was a small outdoor space but there were no windows in it so it was dark. The parking garage entrance was broken so we were unable to park at the hotel.

Charming hotel with helpful and warm staff. Very clean. Our room was comfortable, albeit smallish, and had a lovely wraparound balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast, although quite expensive (€27), was exceptional. Excellent location too.
Onsite parking was provided and free. However, it featured a car elevator that to someone like my husband and I who are claustrophobic, was a nightmare. In fact, our departure was delayed by about 1.5 hours because it broke and we couldn’t get our car out.

It’s very well located and the theme is great for literature lovers, we also particularly liked the breakfast! And the little extra basket was fantastic.

Area was perfect and right in the heart of town.
Not picky things like no parking for our rental but when staying in the center of a small European city that is expected but there was an overnight garage nearby so not a big deal.
