Wonderful
Centrally located, quiet, comfortable room on fifth floor, with air con. Able to fill up water bottles from a dispenser at reception.
Unable to use the hotel car park during our stay but we were given the details of a nearby public car park.

Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Quiet central location. Good library.
Breakfast tea was tepid as the machine failed to produce hot water.

The location was ideally located in old Rouen near the market square, Jeanne d’Arc cathedral and the Rouen Notre Dame Cathedral

The location and rooms were amazing and the staff was very helpful. We loved that it was close to pubs and restaurants.
Inconvenient parking, as we struggled to find the off site parking.

Well located, very clean. Room was small but well equipped with good shower in en-suite. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Located close to good restaurants.
No parking on site the night we stayed which was inconvenient as it was a very hot day.

The room was clean,large and comfortable. The location was great for walking around
The room was very dark. There was very little natural light. There was a small outdoor space but there were no windows in it so it was dark. The parking garage entrance was broken so we were unable to park at the hotel.
