Fantastic location near the train station. Warm, accommodating staff available at all times to ensure our stay was perfect. It was. Old hotel in tiptop condition with all working, modern conveniences.

Location near the station, but it wasn't noisy.
Very nice room and comfortable bed.
The staff were very helpful.
For a 4* hotel, the room could have done with a fridge and better furniture for hanging clothes. However, the staff said it was being replaced.

The location was excellent, the hotel has a charming historic character, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
There was nothing major that we didn’t like. Overall, everything was good.

Modern and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices, AC in the room was a godsend in the heat. Would definitely stay again. The location just opposite a train station in many cases is never a safe one but on this occasion it was actually alright.
I requested an iron board and iron to be left outside our room but it never arrived.

A clean and comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the city from the window. The Museum of Fine Arts, Rouen Cathedral, and other attractions are within walking distance.

Location across from Rouen station was excellent. Breakfast was ok. City is lovely. Heat was incredible. Thank goodness for airconditioning. Lift was quite tight.

The softest bath towels we’ve ever had.
Mattress was a little firm but that is a personal preference so not a big deal.
