Fantastic location near the train station. Warm, accommodating staff available at all times to ensure our stay was perfect. It was. Old hotel in tiptop condition with all working, modern conveniences.

Wonderful
Location near the station, but it wasn't noisy.
Very nice room and comfortable bed.
The staff were very helpful.
For a 4* hotel, the room could have done with a fridge and better furniture for hanging clothes. However, the staff said it was being replaced.

Modern and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices, AC in the room was a godsend in the heat. Would definitely stay again. The location just opposite a train station in many cases is never a safe one but on this occasion it was actually alright.
I requested an iron board and iron to be left outside our room but it never arrived.

Location
Carpet was dirty. The toilet was not anchored correctly and rocked each time someone sat down.

Wonderful
The staff was very polite. My room was quiet, big, lots of windows, and comfortable. There were enough pillows and towels. Coffee, tea and water complementary.
Room including bathroom needs a bit of a refresh

The hotel is exactly as advertised. Old Charming hotel with remodeled room and bathroom facilities.
The hall way carpet felt old and would need to be replaced.

The room was beautiful, the mattress was supportive and so wonderfully restful, linens including huge towels luxurious, air conditioning precise and greatly appreciated, good lighting. I had an excellent experience, and plan to return every time I stay in Rouen.
A small thing, but more than one coffee pod with caffeine in the room would be appreciated.

Wonderful
We arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight to Paris and a train trip to Rouen. The hotel location near train station was very convenient. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed dinner in the hotel dining room.

Very Good
Location is across the train station but also close to cathedral, art museum and joan of arc church,
food at cafe Victor
Elevator is too small, getting out of parking lot could be a bottle neck due to the traffic congestion on single lane road

I did not have high expectations for a Best Western accommodation, given their reputation here in the U>S. as a budget hotel/motel. I booked this hotel for its perfect location across the street from the train station, since we were only in Rouen for one night in-between other vacation destinations. But this Best Western is fantastic - it is in a historical building and has preserved all the decorative and historical touches along with modernizing it for today's travelers. Also within easy walking distance of the older city-center for shopping and exploring.
Nothing to complain about at all

Staff were all charming and helpful.
Our room had been upgraded and was quiet and comfortable, other than the bed pillows which were too hard for my taste.
Good breakfast selection.
Excellent location.
Pillows were too hard for me

It is well located and well decorated inside the room.
No fridge/mini bar is available in room. The lift is very small (fits only one person and a medium size luggage)

Loved and fully enjoyed our stay in Hotel de Dieppe (Best Western, Rouen).
Stayed twice and would return next time again.
Personnel is very friendly!
On both visits we were welcomed and assisted by Manuela who went out of her way to help with a couple of our extra requests.
Hotel is a historic building with a few amazing features.
Also very conveniently located right in front of the train station and the taxi stand.
Would absolutely recommend it!

Breakfast very good but would add berries to your fruit salad for extra spark!
Dinner menu excellent .
Front desk girl was not very helpful with restaurant recommendations . Expect good French fries in France but couldn’t find them !? You should give guests a list of good restaurants, so they know where to go when out sightseeing .
