Best Western Hôtel de Dieppe is well renowned around Normandy for its specialty called 'Pressed Duckling'. It is well located and well decorated inside the room.
No fridge/mini bar is available in room. The lift is very small (fits only one person and a medium size luggage)

Loved and fully enjoyed our stay in Hotel de Dieppe (Best Western, Rouen). Stayed twice and would return next time again. Personnel is very friendly! On both visits we were welcomed and assisted by Manuela who went out of her way to help with a couple of our extra requests. Hotel is a historic building with a few amazing features. Also very conveniently located right in front of the train station and the taxi stand. Would absolutely recommend it!

Breakfast very good but would add berries to your fruit salad for extra spark! Dinner menu excellent .
Front desk girl was not very helpful with restaurant recommendations . Expect good French fries in France but couldn’t find them !? You should give guests a list of good restaurants, so they know where to go when out sightseeing .

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff. The room was small but very comfortable bathroom clean. The hotel is lovely. I can recommend it. Don’t book it if you can’t walk up stairs this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair uses and people who can’t climb stairs my room was on the third floor and the elevator is so little that only one standing person and a little suitcase fits in it there is no chancethat the person in a wheelchair or with a stroller or walker can access it.

for convenience to the station and train travel it was perfect, and was easy to get into the city from too. The staff were nice and friendly.
The standard bedroom I was in was too small, bit miserable, lacking in comfort and the tiny bathroom facilities were awful, not working properly. The shower was terrible, not a shower to look forwards to, bad pressure and temperature, and direction all wrong. The plug would work in the tiny basin and water wouldn’t drain. Due to the bathroom problem I was offered a different room and it was quite nice . I was not informed however that I would pay extra for this room! Breakfast was poor and not enough choice. It was noisy due to being across the road from the station. Got the feeling that I was paying a lot for quite little.

Great breakfast! The location is directly across from the train station, where parking is available.
Advertise that parking is available (for customers who are driving--include the address, too) across the street behind the train station for about 16,50 Euro/day. The streets are one-way and a little narrow, so if you drive past the train station, you've got to complete "a lap" around the town to get back to the parking area.

Fantastic and historic hotel right across from Gare Rive Droit and the Metro station. If you need a base for day trips around Normandie, this is a fantastic location. Room, the restaurant and friendly, helpful staff were amazing!
Only one quibble- the large double room we had could have used a closet rather than open hanging space.

Room and bathroom were a little small, but not a major problem Older electronic door key system was scrambled by being near my mobile, so it had to be reset to regain entry, but again not a major problem
