Originally booked this hotel as a stopover, but the staff was so welcoming, the room is perfectly designed, and the location is amazing, so I decided to stay one night more. Thank you very much to everyone. I will definitely come back here!

The hotel was beautiful, directly across the street from the train station. Rouen is extremely walkable and an absolutely beautiful city with many many options for food, shopping and bars.. 10/10 would recommend.

The location was the star feature, just a few paces to the main rail station. I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room fact that the en suite bathroom had a proper window which could be opened for ventilation.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Had a minor power-supply issue in my room which was dealt with efficiently - they very pro-actively looked into the cause of the problem to fix it once and for all.
Room was perfectly clean and spacious, plenty of sockets to charge my devices; very good use of space as well.
Great location, right opposite the train station yet only a 10-minute walk away from the city centre.
Water pressure in the shower not great, although this seems to be the case in another hotel I stayed in Normandy, perhaps a regional issue? No problem with the taps though.

Loved the Restaurant, bar and proximity to Metro and train station. Very comfortable beds.
We originally booked a Classic twin. Receptionist v kindly upgraded us to Comfort as we were staying 3 nights. 401 is a VERY small room, needs both chairs removed and two small stools put in there. Could hardly walk past the chair/dressing table at foot of bed.
