Very nice room and excellent location.
Maybe in their communications, a little more information, especially about where to bring a car before dropping off luggage. If that information was in fact included, I dont remember seeing it.

Location was perfect, right across the station. The room is clean, bed is big & comfy, lovely modern bathroom. Staff are friendly & helpful. Main sights & town centre are walkable, very interesting & historical city, very clean too. I loved the Gothic architectures, the cobblestones alleyways, plenty of places to eat & relax. I would recommend this hotel & city. I will defimitely come back.
Just the lift, it was too small, we could hardly move & we only have cabin luggage.

Easy access to train station, metro and buses. Walking distance to city is reasonable within 30 minutes depending where one is heading to.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to train station and places to eat. Loved that I could connect to Chromecast on the TV.
Double bed meant 2 twin beds together which was odd for us as a couple.

The staff! Absolutely amazing. Really helpful in every aspect. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Really comfortable bed and pillows. The food in their restaurant was exceptional.
Nothing at all wrong with the hotel 10/10 Parking however wasnt great. Very difficult to get into, confusing and dark. Spaces were tight.
