We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Les Vieilles Tours, on the outskirts of Rocamadour. The owners were warm, genuine, and clearly proud of their beautifully restored farmstead, which offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The location is very convenient to the sanctuary complex and the medieval village. Our room was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was the best we had in France, featuring delicious breads, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, and cereals.

Our rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully furnished with every modern convenience while maintaining respect for the history of the place. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, the pool lovely and clean and breakfast outside on the patio was delicious, with local treats. The host/owner family were delightful and it was clear the hard work they’ve put in to updating this graceful old manor has been with skill and great care. Minutes drive to Rocamadour and we are so glad we chose to stay in this little oasis instead of the town. Our family of 5 had two adjoining rooms and each teen had their own bed, which is hard to find in Europe.
There isn’t a single thing we didn’t like but regret our stay was so short.

Last minute booking, what a lovely find! The owners were delightful! Shared so much information with us and made us feel so welcome. Was sorry we could not spend a few extra nights with them! They were eager to share things to see, places to eat and history.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest, most gracious host - Valerie who truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The property is absolutely breathtaking — perched above a canyon, with a beautifully manicured landscape. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, with nothing but the soothing sounds of birdsong all around.
Breakfast was very good, lots of selection for different taste
Beds are comfortable , room was very clean
Unfortunately there was no ventilator in the bathroom, towel warmer was not working so you wake up to wet towels in the morning. It was not hit outside, but we had to run AC to keep air moving in the room

The property was very pretty with excellent views of the valley and nice sunsets. The staff could not have been friendlier or more polite. We walked to the medieval city using the map of roads and trails they gave us. Nice hike through canopied trails and vineyards. Rocamadour is astounding.
Everything was great

The castle and grounds are beautiful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond in service for us. Our rooms were very spacious, cute, and comfy, they are all different. The room has a Mimi fridge and a coffee/tea pot with the necessities. The breakfast was fresh with local products. Free WI Fi was good, and free parking on site. We didn't swim, but the pool was very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel!!
