staff was super friendly and helpful! we were there for the festival and they even made a map how to get to festival location, so considerate. breakfast doesnt have much variety but everything is good.

It was a cozy and cute room. The hotel is also very clean and cute. The staff is beyond nice and helpful! And even the checkout time was very comfortable: 12! All in all it was an incredible experience!!

I rarely leave reviews, but the stay in this hotel was so good that I decided to write one! The staff were super friendly and always offering us to help with directions, when we wanted to eat some pastries and even drink some wine they let us do so in the terrace outside and provided plates and glasses (this was one of the best bits of the stay!) Puteaux area is nice, clean, full of small bakeries and pastry shops, and there are a couple wine shops as well, so we thouroughly enjoyed out time there!
Google maps didn't take us to Esplanade (which is nearer metro stop) but to La Defense, which is a huge and confusing train station. We also bought T+ RER tickets and apparently those don't work for RER until La Defense, only for normal metro and buses. We spent like one hour trying to find our way out from the station, getting lost in the shopping mall it is connected to :) So I'd recommend taking a metro line 1 to Esplanade de La Dfense and then wakling to the hotel

The staff was really helpful.
Location. The nearest metro station is ~15min away. If you are visiting/sightseeing Paris, the last thing you want is to start and end your day with an additional 30min walk. Breakfast is very limited, but the pastries are good.

The staff was very friendly. We had the option to have the breakfast in the room for free, which is not comum in other hotels, we really liked it. The neighborhood is beautiful and cozy.

not that near the metro. okay for 1 night but not to go to Paris center multiple days and back. Breakfast is okay but could have more diversity The AC to cold was off due to the time of the year (April), according to a notice on the elevator. At night the room was too hot to sleep properly. Value for money on the expensive side
