The hotel is located at a super convenient location where Metro station is just in front of the hotel’s gate and many bus stops are nearby. The window is big and bright. The staff are very friendly and easygoing.
Breakfast could be improved if more fresh cooked items are available, such as Omelets.

I booked an extra night for which I was charged a rate near double the original rate which I didn't think was fair.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming, which made the whole experience very pleasant.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff provided exceptional service, their kindness and attention to detail were simply impeccable.
Our room was perfectly quiet and comfortable.

The reception staff were lovely and helpful, Location is Fantastic just two steps from the metro station, the area is nice with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room and utilities 100%. Although I only stayed for one night, I’ve enjoyed it.
