The reception staff were lovely and helpful, Location is Fantastic just two steps from the metro station, the area is nice with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room and utilities 100%. Although I only stayed for one night, I’ve enjoyed it.

Location close to eiffel tower 25 min walk. Next to metro. Bed size was good. Bathroom amenities were good. Provided water in room.
Room was a little small. But maybe normal for Paris. Bathroom sink small.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was okay, the walk to the Metro wasn't bad and the neighborhood was nice.
The room is very small from what I understand that's very typical in Paris. And it could have been cleaner for sure. But they were very accommodating for my wife's birthday leaving us gifts and setting up flowers for me in the room.
It definitely wasn't as clean as you'd want it to be. The bathroom had mold and the coffee maker water pot was full of green algae from not being cleaned. Unfortunately we didn't learn this until after we'd used it a couple times. ?

I was upgraded on arrival and room was excellent, with little balcony and sitting area that was very pleasurable. Since weather was nice during my stay, I enjoyed having coffee and tea and relaxing in the sunset. Bed was very comfortable, good cosmetics in bathroom, clean, good breakfast. Staff was discrete, helpful and friendly, I felt appreciated and welcomed. In years, I stayed in various hotels in Paris and this one I will remember with joy.

Fast check in and check out, great administration. Quality of bed linen, pillows and mattress. Excellent faucets and plumbing, cleanliness of the room.
Table leg was barely hanging on, the paint on the baseboards is peeling off in places, the TV is hanging crookedly. Women hair on shower holder.

Friendly staff and excellent location near train and lots of shops. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and small which isn’t unusual.

staff was friendly, always provided water when we needed, which when going in August is a must. I liked the location right next to a metro line that would connect us to other places. Loved the AC too!
I think it’s not that close to the Eiffel Tower as its name suggest. I also think the rooms are a tad bit too tiny hard to stretch out.

The room was close to the elevator.
They were remodeling rooms on both sides of our 3rd-floor room. The noise was so loud and the jackhammer vibrations were visible and continuous until 5 pm each day. We had booked this hotel because it was under the hotel's with a view. There was no view and the location wasn't close to much. Our view was a dilapidated building.
We were told to take our complaints up with Booking.com.
