Good
Good location - next to M12 metro.
Day staff were nice.
Free water dispenser in the lobby.
Room well decorated.
Coffee machine in room.
Decorated it for my birthday.
Mould in the bathroom.
Night staff were a bit rude - said someone would be sent up to fix my shower and never did.
Very expensive.
Rooms are quite small.

The hotel was very comfortable and spotless, but honestly, their friendliness and genuine hospitality alone would be enough for me to choose this hotel again

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Yllen Eiffel! The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and I truly appreciated their kindness throughout my stay.
Upon my request, the hotel kindly upgraded my room to a larger one, which made my stay even more comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary macarons and sweets waiting in my room — such a lovely touch!
As I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, the hotel made the occasion extra special with a beautiful L’Occitane gift set. I thought this was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated the attention to detail.
The hotel has a great location, and the overall experience was warm, comfortable, and memorable.

Very Good
Excellent location, super comfortable beds. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Loved the two separate toilets available. Staff was exceptional! Especially sylvia.
1 elevator was a small issue but besides that all good.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. We completed the online check in and advised the staff of our arrival so the room was ready a bit early with some complimentary macaroons. Bed was comfy and shower was hot

Wonderful
Location amazing- right near metro and supermarkets.
Excellent breakfast and drinks menu in the lounge area.
Girl on the front desk had an attitude. Would answer questions when asked, but not nice about it. She would be reading her book and be noticeably annoyed when you would ask her a question.
Her boss was lovely and welcoming to make up for it.

Wonderful
Excellent staff at the reception and breakfast area, very professional and helpful. We were given a long list of recommendations for our stay (places to go, restaurants etc.) before we arrived at the hotel. They addressed our requests entirely, including the one for a corner room. Metro station across the street was very convenient.
Nothing to say

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
The service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the room was beautifully clean, comfortable, and cozy. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made my stay feel special and relaxing.
The overall experience was simply perfect and definitely at the highest level. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere.
I will definitely be coming back!

We loved that the elevator was in working condition and the concierge were nice and helpful. They helped call us a taxi for my mother who needed emergency surgery at the hospital and secured our luggage before our check-in time. The bathrooms were decent and had hot water for showering. The beds were cozy, AC operated very well, and the room had an accommodating balcony view. Additionally, the fridge and safe were very helpful. We also thought housekeeping was on point for tending to the room and provided what was needed. The location was EXCELLENT with a nearby pizza spot, metro access, cafe, and pharmacy around the corner.
It was sort of odd that the front door wasn't open for entry and had to wait awhile for someone to buzz us in around 4am. Not used to that for a hotel. We thought we would be locked out after a long night of partying at a pub crawl.
