Great location, a few metro stations around, plenty of restaurants as well. Clean and comfortable hotel rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice, helpful and friendly staff

Big room, for Paris stabdard, relatively modern hotel, well designed and comfortable.
When working at area of Passy, the transport connections are not that good... not hotel's fault of course, but good to keep in mind.

I have been to Paris 4th time and this was the best hotel. To say the truth it was the best hotel for this price and I would repeat it once again more times. The hotel is in a very good, calm neighbergood where there are lots of bars, shops and it is near the metro station. The hotel is very new or seemed that way. The room was very tidy, very clean, they use Rituals hygiene means, lots of towels. The staff was very pleasant, they talked in English very well. It exceeded any my wishes or thoguhts.

Room decoration, reception lady was loverly and welcoming
Pillows for us were way too soft. Its was 30 degrees when we were there and the Aircon was weak and lacklustre, leaving the room very warm. When we arrived there was 1 x french madeleine in the room between 2 of us, was expecting to maybe have 1 each day. No unfortunately not. Smallest bar of soap was never replaced?. Its a shame if they altered and paid more attention to just a few none expensive things the hotel really improve its perceived quality.
