Horrible customer service!! Truly. The receptionist has no business being in customer service, doesn’t even grasp the concept of it let alone how to provide it.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, modern bathroom, nice decor, most excellent breakfast buffet. Location close to metro for quick access to everywhere in Paris.
Nothing to dislike. Would ask for a room on a higher floor next time to avoid early morning noise from the street, but only because we like to sleep with a window open.
