Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, modern bathroom, nice decor, most excellent breakfast buffet. Location close to metro for quick access to everywhere in Paris.
Nothing to dislike. Would ask for a room on a higher floor next time to avoid early morning noise from the street, but only because we like to sleep with a window open.

I liked everything about this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was beautiful and quite roomy for a European hotel. The breakfast was incredible and filling and of really high quality. A great stay. Super close(less than 5 minutes) to the closest metro station

Location and breakfast was great feature of this hotel. In the CBD which is also great for walking to most locations.
Airflow in the room wasn’t sufficient as the aircon didn’t work properly.

Absolutely wonderful stay at XO Hotel Paris!
Everything about this hotel was fantastic, but the real highlight was the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always helpful, and truly made me feel at home.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location — but it’s the human touch at the reception desk that makes XO Hotel stand out. Their professionalism combined with warmth is rare and deeply appreciated.
A huge thank you to the reception team for such a lovely experience. I would 100% return and warmly recommend XO Hotel Paris to anyone visiting the city.

Location is good, easy to reach.
Bedding set was torn. And also if you are coming back at the night you need to wait receptionist to open the door. And he is not waiting in his desk.
