Very nicely renovated hotel, great value for money. Great welcome a during check in.
This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the night receptionist. This person was extremely rude and showed absolutely no sense of customer service.
I politely asked for room service, which is supposed to be available 24/7 (I even asked directly at the front desk so he wouldn’t have to come up). He bluntly refused, saying the restaurant was closed and that he wouldn’t do it. When I pointed out that room service is available 24/7, he claimed there was nothing available. I then had to explain to him myself where the pre-prepared meals were stored in the fridge before he finally asked what I wanted.
The meal was poorly served in its box on a plate, with no preparation or bread, unlike the service I received on the first night with another receptionist.
After waiting a few minutes with my plate in hand, he struggled to use the computer. I told him I would go up to my room and let him charge it to my room, but he started yelling at me, insisting that I had to pay immediately and was not allowed to go upstairs. I just got in the lift and lift that guy with his machine.
I was told he would only be there for one night, but he ended up being there every night.
I asked to speak to a manager to explain the situation, but it seemed there was no manager available on-site for four days.
The person at the check out was not much better. Very sad to have a nice hotel but terrible staff. (Except the guy at check in and the young blond lady, they were very kind)
All of this could have been avoided and would have prevented me from writing this review

This hotel is clean, modern and definitely worth the price. Great WiFi, great amenities at the reception (coffee etc.). Modern room, if a bit small. Modern shower, decent bed.
The room was a bit small but it is understandable.

Staff were excellent Akexander on front desk, the location is fantastic. It’s comfortable . I asked for a large bed. Breakfast is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast is great and location excellent.
Comfy bed and clean with room service . Would recommend .
