Location was great. Close to metro and a easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, where you can also get metro. There was a market and lovely bakery around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and directions. Would definitely stay here again.

I got a nice size room, with a good size bathroom and queen bed. The room had mini bar, which was extra if used. A bottle of water was free every day, plus free coffee and tea in the room. A/C worked pretty well. Room was very cleaned and taken care of daily. The hotel was very quiet and located about 10 min walking from The Triumph Arc. There is a nice cafe right across the road and an amazing restaurant called "Il était une oie dans le Sud Ouest" just 2 minutes walking. The breakfast was simply amazing, especially crepes and fresh fruits. Special thank you to Katya, who was absolutely amazing at mapping attractions and suggesting awesome food places. One more thank you to Mondáy, who works in a hotel's cafe and was very friendly and pleasant to deal with (as the entire breakfast staff).
Wifi was a bit slow. Scrambled eggs need to be addressed and seasoned or overall cooked differently. They are too plain and lack flavor. Coffee machine kept malfunctioning, but they have 2, so it wasn't a big deal. Beware of the hotel's manager Itziar. Don't let her fake smile fool you. She is as cold as they get and will be polite, while deny you most basic request and simple accommodation, which literally cost her nothing. The owners of the hotel are way better off promoting someone like Katya to manage this property.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us and our plans. It was quiet and tucked away, but just a short walk from all that we had planned. The in-room coffee was great and we appreciated the biscuits and chocolate. The room was small but well-appointed.

It is a newly renovated and very clean hotel. It is relatively close to everything. Yet it is located on a fairly quiet street. The AC worked great which was essential to us since the outside temperature stayed at 96 degrees during our entire visit to Paris.
The room was small in comparison to the hotel rooms in the US, but big enough for us. It had a safe, a small fridge, a table and chairs. Toiletries were included. They brought ice and water to our room upon request. Complementary (amazing) coffee, hot tea and cucumber mint water were a very nice touch. Cute decor and a nice sitting area inside and outside.
Their staff was very friendly. They responded promptly to all our needs, gave us directions and recommendations.

The receptionist on the first night I checked in was excellent and very welcoming. Very helpful too.

This hotel is clean, modern and definitely worth the price. Great WiFi, great amenities at the reception (coffee etc.). Modern room, if a bit small. Modern shower, decent bed.
