The receptionist on the first night I checked in was excellent and very welcoming. Very helpful too.
econd day, not so nice, quite firm and sounding annoyed while answering a question, very cold checkout and it made the positive experience I had feel worse.

Only downside for me is that I could hear the other rooms noises at night one day.. which was really unpleasant

Nice hotel!
The most friendly and responsive staff I've ever seen so far.
Rooms are quite small, but cozy and super clean. It's also very quiet at night.
Long waits for a free table to have breakfast after 9am, bc that area is quite small. And sometimes you still have to wait for cleaning a table after somebody leaves.
In May it was cold in a room (but after asking the staff a heating was turned on, so basically it's okay)

Location is quiet and pleasant plenty of restaurants and transport options close by. Hotel is comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee is lovely. Staff all friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Highly recommend.
