Wonderful
We had a lovely stay at this centrally located yet wonderfully quiet hotel in Paris. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While we were a bit surprised that a 4-star hotel didn’t offer breakfast, it wasn’t a major issue—there are plenty of excellent breakfast spots just around the corner. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Nothing not to like. The room was huge and we'll kept. The staff were very friendly, gave us tips on traveling in the city, booked our airport transfers, and even insisted on bringing the hot water for tea we asked for to our rooms! The breakfast was lovely and fresh with lots of options. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend this place to others
Coffee pot or kettle for hot beverages in the room would be a nice addition.

The hotel was centrally located on a quiet street, just around the corner from a busy street with many dining options. Location allowed us to use ride share for getting around very economically. While very near two metro stations, we had one in our party who cannot navigate stairs, so this central location worked wonderfully for us.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

The hotel and staff were amazing. I spoke about 45 mins after booking my reservation. I made a small mistake added a day. They explained , I had to contact bookings and they would refund me the day. After speaking to bookings . Com I have been since charged twice . I checked out 2 days early as I was getting fraud calls to my sell phone . My personal information has been compromised and my flight was cancelled . I’m home now and will be contacting my lawyers . And bank !! Maybe the worst experience of my life .
My personal information was compromised, my cc was used to book under false email addresses. The customer service was horrific!!

Easy to get to and good location. Catered to us with a baby by providing cot to use. Water refillable at bars both still and sparkling.
Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner but was ok.

The location of the hotel was very good. Very nice area close to restaurants etc. The hotel was very nice also, clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly even though we didn't have much involvement with staff as we didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
Room was tiny. As a family room it was very cramped and the bathroom was very small also. You wouldn't be spending much time hanging around in the room. The breakfast priced at €18 was a bit on the expensive side so we opted to eat outside the hotel. for a 4 star hotel I think it just offered the bare minimum in terms of facilities. No restaurant but we knew that on booking. However, overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience and I would return.

Awesome and friendly service by staff. Location is at the boundaries of the 9th and 10th Arr., felt very safe throughout my stay. There are restaurants around the area which are open till late.
If you have check in luggage, I recommend to take a taxi to the hotel. The metros/bus stops are a tad bit too far from the hotel.
