It was fine. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly
The bed was quite uncomfortable but the biggest thing was that they took a payment from my card of 110 as a pre authorisation charge but the total cost of my hotel stay was 110. I had to pay again when I got there for that. I still have not had that pre authorisation charge back and its been 48 hours since my stay. I have basically paid double for my room and I have no idea if they will refund me the double payment they charged me

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, overall a great stay in Paris
The room key had to be activated all the time, it was annoying to go to the room, see the key not working and go back to the reception

The hotel was very central, clean , and the receptionist Justine was amazing and soo helpful. We were very grateful that there were lifts made carting our luggage so much easier. The house cleaning staff were very accommodating when asking for extra towels etc.
I thought the breakfast was not value for money, not any normal cereal, my husband asked for scrambled eggs and was handed a fried egg on a saucer, very unprofessional. Dont waste your money as there are plenty of cafes around.
