the location, room, and staff were amazing
some outlets didn't work in the room so it made charging devices hard and the hot water wasnt always reliable but it was tolerable

The location was great with an easy walk to the Pantheon, the Seine River, Notre Dame m, etc. the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable with nice elevators to reach the upper floors.
Everything about the hotel was great with the exception of coffee or tea being provided in the lobby. We stayed in France for 3 weeks and this was the only hotel to not provide a coffee machine in the lobby.

This hotel has a great location, walking distance to Metro and only few blocks from Notre Dame. Nice building, staff was helpful and there was even a bar next to reception area. We paid premium for a larger room on top floor. And it was definitely worse it. Room was clean, large enough for 2 people. We also had several small balconies that we did enjoy every day! We felt safe and comfortable.
We didn't purchase breakfast during our stay, but we went to see what they are offering for 20 Euros per person. Selection was little bit disappointing so we had breakfast across the street in a small coffee / bakery place.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Notre Dam Cathedral and 1 block from Pantheon. Property has a courtyard with tables and chairs. There are elevators to the room. The lobby has a bar and comfortable lounge chairs and sofa to relax.
The room was typically French, meaning small, 150sq ft. We had a courtyard view, not street views so the eco of the pigeons waked us up every morning. Breakfast was just okay, served in the basement. Pricey for a 3 star hotel, definitely NOT a 4 star as they claim!

Room decor was nice and cosy, bed was big and soft. And its right next to an amazing cafe/restaurant. 24hr reception, rooms were quiet, and had thick curtains to cut out light to help with sleep. Plenty of other cafes/bars/restaurants nearby which were good too, and the Pantheon was 2-3 minutes walk away. It was 5-7 mins away from the nearest metro and 10-12mins from the main line near Notre-Dame. Several coin-op'd laundromats nearby too (2-3 mins walk).
Rooms were quite small, and some rooms had an odd layout which made them feel more cramped.
Showers head holder was broken, so shower went straight down over the bath taps.
Not many power points for charging devices
*Our first room had a rattling pipe noise coming from an adjoining room, but the staff moved us to another, albeit smaller room straight away. However, the 2nd room wasn't cleaned properly.

Location, location! 2 ish blocks from Notre Dame, wonderful breakfast cafe next door. Comfy beds, helpful staff.
Bathroom floor a bit dirty. Could do with an update in fittings. Small room, only unpack one case at a time. Still suited our needs just fine!

The rooms were very small and did not have working air conditioning. It made for an uncomfortable sleep- the hotel did provide a fan but only after asking three times
