The chap who was to serve breakfast slept in. We had to help ourselves, in no way ideal for the price of the stay. Location was great. 16th Arrondisement!
We were advised someone would help with the luggage as we were on the first floor and there was no lift. Someone helped on arrival but not on departure. The code advised did not work, we were effectively locked out on our return from a restaurant. We eventually got in touch with the owner through a taxi driver, who was going to help us find somewhere else to sleep, but suggested we give contacting the owner one more try.

A lovely character B&B hosted by Christophe in a nice neighbourhood and close to the Metro that connects you in 10 to the Eiffel tower. Breakfast in the art decorated dining room is good and the host very friendly and has good stories.
The wing piano in the living room sounds a bit off ;-)

Jai moi excuse, jai continue en Anglaise.Christophe was an excellent host. He was helpful in every way, information etc.Breakfast was delicious. Lovely warmed croissants and pain au raisin. I would certainly stay again.

Lovely place to stay in a great neighbourhood, friendly staff who have good tips and look after you. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. Very close to the beautiful Bois de Boulogne.

Location was very good and quiet, Host was very nice and gave a lot of good tips for sightseeing near the accomodation and also in downtown Paris.

The hotel had beautiful art, photographs and furniture. The rooms were very stylish and had thoughtful accessories and touches. There was also a collection of books and magazines, unfortunately did not have time to read anything! The hotel is in a very beautiful , quiet area of Paris. A respite from the centre and it was a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro statin Jasmin.
A minor point, I would have liked English breakfast teabags as I am not a coffee drinker and need a strong cup of tea to start the day.

location was great ... in the heart of the classy Auteil area 16eme ... the hotel is a boutique family owned business, it was very clean ,,,, classy French decor spacious interior you feel that you are in a family house and not a hotel. lovely French breakfast.
the quality of bedsheets and pillows is below average... no elevator and steep stairs.

It was a gorgeous space and really felt like you just lived there like a local. It was also very close to everything you wanted to be near-only about 30 minutes to anywhere far you wanted to go
I didnt like that everything was not always accessible.
