We have a wonderful stay here. Location is perfect for travelling in Paris. Close to metro/RER and lots of interesting place in walking distance. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is spacious comparing to Paris standard.
A bit pricey but I guess overall Paris is pricey. Breakfast focus on bread and croissant. Wish there's more vegetables in the menu. Croissant tastes good though.

Room well presented
No air conditioning, despite both advertised and evident in hotel compendium. Reason given was based on the time of year, yet this was not mentioned in any information. Advice was open the window. When checking out after a 4 night stay was advised that someone was coming to fix the air conditioning. Right, so two stories provided. Room was stuffy, opening the window resulted in a lot of noise and both car and cigarette smoke fumes. Claims four star status

We had a deluxe size room which was very special. I loved having room to spread out. The staff is amazing! And the location, near Notre Dame, is very convenient.
There was a little street noise on the warm nights when people are out. It was muted fairly well by the double pane windows.

Ideal location for sightseeing, very cozy streets with cafes and shops. The hotel is very quiet, very Parisian style interior, clean, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and kind , always ready to help and give advice where to go to eat/to see.

We enjoyed this setup for a family of four. Nice to have two connecting rooms, space for both the kids and parents with two bathrooms and an entire floor to ourselves. Rooms were big and location was excellent.
Not sure we would do the included breakfast again but that's just personal preference. It was a nice option though, just gets old to do every day.

Very convenient location. Room size. Friendly personal.
The receptionist asks for some kind of deposit and asks for a physical credit card. Lack of dental kit and shaving kit. Very bad coffee for breakfast. It's cold in the room. Lots of photos of different numbers to present the number you choose, which is misleading.
