We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and loved it. It was clean and modern. All the equipment worked perfectly well (laundry machine, dishwasher), most importantly the AC, which was a real life saver.
Location was excellent. Walking distance to Luxembourg gardens. You could hear some construction during the day but overall soundproofing was good.
Lastly, the staff was super nice. Noah at the front desk was exceptionally hospitable and helpful, always welcomed us with a smile, from check in to check out.
Highly recommended.

First time traveling to Paris as a couple, we had such a nice room, comfy bed, the small kitchen was stocked with the essentials to cook a nice meal at home, there was even a yoga mat. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, helped us with recommendations in the area and beyond. Amazing neighborhood with variety of tasty restaurants within a short walk, corner store for groceries, nearby bakery, produce market, and public transport options.
Shower/bathtub hybrid design could be difficult for vertically challenged travelers or folks with mobility issues.

The apartment looks as pretty as what we saw on the internet. Its location is quite good. It's close to bus stops and subway stations. We were also glad to have an air-conditioner, a dish washer, and a washing machine in the apartment because we spent a week in Paris.

The location was perfect. In more of a local neighborhood where you can really feel the vibe of Paris very walkable to all parts of Paris. The property we stayed in was a one bedroom with kitchen and living room. We absolutely love this apartment. It was well designed fully functional and even had a balcony. They have plenty of closet. Space in the shower was strong and the bed was very comfortable. We love the security and the staff were incredible friendly. We recommended this property to our friends coming next month.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and office manned 24/7.
Very well equipped kitchen and lovely small touches. The neighborhood is very nice with convenient bus stop nearby and small supermarket right around the corner.
It didn't affect us much because we were there over a week-end and the weather was not good, so we didn't spend time on our balcony, but there is construction next door during work hours which can be noisy if the windows are open (otherwise good sound proof windows).

Great for families, stocked with everything you need. Good location with trains and buses to get you wherever you need to go! Lots of grocery and food options a stones throw away :)
You have to take out your garbage out down to the basement before you check out or you’ll be charged. For the cost of this property this felt like it could be done by the property not the guest. It was quite annoying to do this.

Professional and helpful staff. Excellent location near dozens of cafes, shops, etc. clean and spacious apartments.
Each time when leaving the apartment building, you’re required to leave your apartment key with front desk. That seemed to be slightly odd but not problematic.

The location was very good. It felt very safe and easy to go around. It was also very clean and organized. Equipped with everything we need and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.
The only issue we had was with the drain in the shower. It was slow at times. But everything else was good.
