As always, a great stay at Hotel 46. A 10 minute walk from the Arc de triomphe, the hotel is so well located. If you're travelling by Eurostar its a direct RER line (that takes 18 mins). Easy walking distance to 2 Metro stations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Paris.

We have been charged extra room for our kid whose age is 10 years!! Instead of 2 rooms we have been charged 3 rooms!!

Lack of maintenance two days without elevator elevator and the room was in the six floor with very dangerous and uncomfortable and tiring stairs.

Perfect location, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Three metro-RER stations within 5 minutes (line 1, RER C, RER E). They upgraded our room before arrival. Very friendly staff. Room on the large side for Paris standards. Newlt renovated. Croissants and the free brownies in the reception were good.
It was not a problem for me but the closet was relatively small, and had no doors. It was enough for me but may not be so for others. Also, the luggage station was big enoıgh for a carry-on, not a midsized one. Still, no big problem.

The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes walk from the "Arc de Triomphe" and the "Champs Elysees". There are also metro and bus stations quite close. The hotel is practically newly renovated and in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and kind.
Nothing to complain about. Maybe the elevator is a bit small for claustrophobics, but my wife liked it, because I was forced to hug her as we went up to the 5th floor.

A very clean and tidy Hotel in a perfect and safe location surrounded by all ammenities and shops, opposite the Metro and walking distance to The Arc de Triomphe.
