Poor
I am particularly upset over the unresponsiveness of the hotel staff to my email, and then a nonchalant rejection of my request.

Poor
location
value for money
customer service was not good, especially when requesting something via email, to which they never replied, but I needed to email them again to get a negative answer. Very disappointing.

Poor
The two ladies working at the reception when I arrived were very kind and helpful. They were obviously not French, most likely American.
Location was very good.
I did not like the attitude of the local, French reception person who tried to deflect any responsibility for anything and any sincere willingness to provide service. He was slightly arrogant and behaved as if I need to serve him.
The hotel staff replied to my email a week later after I sent another one and insisted on being acknowledged as a customer.
Elevator was very tiny; hardly one person can get in.
My first room had very tiny bathroom with even tinier shower, it was very hard to use it.

Staff are so nice and the room is spacious. Clean, modern, and free tea/coffee near the reception desk. Easy walk to the BVA Aerobus.
Bathroom and shower were small, one USB outlet was broken.
