Wonderful
The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very cute and gave onto a small courtyard which assured a quiet night. It was great waking up in the morning to the smell of bread, croissants and pain au chocolat baking.
My bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned but the head housekeeper was on sick leave

Kind staff and clean although it is old Hotel
Everywhere is narrow: Reception, kitchen and dish washing are at the same place. Entrance is closed at 01:00 AM and you can not seat at sofas after this time.

Location of the Hotel is perfect. Everything you want to see in Paris is very close by metro or bus. Staff was very kind and smiling as well the breakfast was nice. Rooms are small as are all in Paris but have what they need, are clean didn't have the feared bed bugs. There is a lift that helps with bags and to go up and down. The room was quiet and you don't hear anything from the street which is very helpful to rest.
The Hotel sends a message that you can do on line check in which I did and then it gives you the option to have an early check in but paying in the Hotel. When I got there they said I hadn't paid it so there was no early check in for me so I just left the bags and left to formally get the keys of my hotel later. However, when I went to check out they were going to charge me early check in when I never got it. They should clarify what is early check in and not offer the option if it's not available or the staff doesn't understand that when you check this on your on line check in you should have the service. So I believe is a problem of the on line check in that doesn't inform the Hotel you are willing to pay more and then it doesn't update if you don't get your early check in. Also the breakfast area is very small and the image they sell of having tables outside is not that real.

The breakfast was great. The location was quiet in a busy, noisy city with a bustling street market and lovely boutiques just around the corner. Also a metro close by.
My room was cramped but the bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful
Pretty hotel, quiet location, local shops, cafes and market. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff really made a difference to my feeling welcomed. The breakfast was superb, fresh croissants. Coffee available at any time.
Rooms are quite small - as they are in most hotels in Paris!
