The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a very beautiful style. Our room was clean and cozy.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. It was expensive and the quality was cheap. We had better croissant and pan ou chocolat in a bakery in Paris. There was no decafe, or omlette. The scrambled eggs were not real. The juices were not freshly squeezed.

We loved the location of this hotel! It’s a less touristy area which we loved. It’s only a 30 minute walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre and the Eiffel Tower . There’s a fabulous cafe across the street that my husband frequented. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

The room was large and beautiful and the location was great. To hotel also had a nice workout room and sauna.
The wifi was horrible, and when asked to reset we repeatedly were told theyve rest the routers. Please invest in better wifi. The bed were extremely uncomfortable and I ended up with severe back pain. Please invest in better mattresses. These are fixable issues, that I would not expect from a hotel at this price point.

great room and bathroom, comfortable. Great breakfast though it gets v busy for the small area they allocated for it.
There is a small gym, and sauna which can be booked for free for 1hr slots. This was a highlight after spending long days out in the cold of Nov
the pillows on the bed were not the most comfortable, and it would have been nice to have more tea selections available in the room

The hotel is newly renovated, well maintained and clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, adjacent to many stores, metro/bus stations...
Highly recommended. Will definitely try it again

Wonderful
Location is at the heart of S.Germain. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Seine river is in 30-min walking distance.
Pillows. It may be better to have a second one for each person. Another thing is the room. Better to have a little bit larger room but this might be on our choice of room type. I know that rooms are generally smaller in Paris but anyway, one will always seek for a better one :)

Room size is a bit tight but OK for Paris. Bathroom size was nice.
Breakfast quality was a little inconsistent. Bar drinks were inconsistent, one night great but that bartender was not back for our other nights there.

Little gem of a hotel on a quiet side street. The room was very comfortable with high quality finishes. The hotel had a unique Parisian charm and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast room that served great breakfasts including gluten free options.
The staff were super welcoming and were happy to assist with any query or concern.
The location was also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and convenience stores,

Very comfortable, room was spacious for Paris, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
We ran out of both soap and tissues during a somewhat short stay. That was clearly not checked.

So we returned for the 2nd time to the hotel and were welcomed again by Tom at the reception.He makes the entire stay a pleasant and special. He took care of all our needs and we did have some as our daughter and granddaughter decided to join and Tom immediately made the most comfortable arrangements and setting for us to be together. His attitude makes the difference. He recommended excellent restaurants and gave helpful advice. The hotel should be proud to have such personnel . Will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was the highlight with cordial, warm and friendly staff, Fanta and Nina.
Delicious spread.
Gym was small but you book a private 45 min session which also includes a private sauna. You are alone in the gym - there is a rowing machine, elliptical and treadmill. There are some free weights (more like bean bags with a handle)
The room is small but bed is comfy and on the firmer side, which I like.
Very close to multiple metro lines - 12, 6 and 4. But the metro cards on your Apple wallet! Search for it!
Saved us a lot of time.

We loved the hotel and the view from our balcony on our junior suite. The balcony was a very good size and we enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting outside. The hotel itself is very nice as well. Very quaint traditional style with cozy sitting rooms and and a courtyard with sitting area within the hotel.
The only downside and not really anything wrong with the hotel, it was a little further from St. Germaine Des Pres than expected. The neighborhood was very nice, just a little further walk than expected.

The hotel was attractive, cosy and clean. Nice quiet but convenient location.
The front desk staff was disinterested and surprisingly badly informed. They could not even find the hotel on a map, and gave terrible directions to travelers. At times did not look up when travelers walked by the desk, and
When we returned home at 10 pm there was nobody at the door or desk.
