The cozy feel of it
The breakfast area is really small and I don’t like the fact that there is no small entertainment, I.e music at the bar area to create an atmosphere in the evening that allows guests to chill by the bar.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was fantastic. The location was amazing which allowed us to mainly walk everywhere without talking the metro; a must for me in Paris! The staff was very friendly (rare find in this city). The breakfast was very complete and the breakfast staff was helpful and always received us with a smile. The room was small but clean that’s what counts , the shampoos/conditioner were actually quite good and could be used. Oh and we were there during Halloween and the kids very much appreciated the candy bags that were prepared for them in the lobby and the facts that the hotel was decorated. Just a lovely touch. And they also had a classy ice cream machine at the entrance and a umbrella dispenser where you could rent one for 2euro. We did not use these but it was a lovely idea. We will absolutely come back throughout the year. I hope they maintain this standard!
I would suggest adding a couple more towel hangers in the bathroom (there were only 2 in our room). And it would be nice to have a mini fridge that’s stacked with something to drink and a snack. Otherwise the fidge seems somewhat sad.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful in a fabulous location, and although meals were not provided on the premises - breakfast buffet was exquisite, the team, Nina, Fanta and Aliourie were just so engaging, and good.
There could be more to the room service - which was done by out service- and the presentation of the food was poorly.
