Very Good
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is walking distance to a number of Metro stops, as well as the Luxembourg Gardens, and many neighborhood bistros. The hotel decor is gorgeous, rooms are clean, beds are comfy.
I did expect our room to be a bit bigger as I'd booked the deluxe size, but we were happy with our stay regardless.

5-8mins walk to two different metro lines, which is helpful to get to various places.
If it’s your first time to Paris, location is not the best. Takes a train ride to go to most of the places (at least 4-5 stations away).

The staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke english, the location was great, across the street they have a great resturant. Its close-by an avenue of shopping + close in vicinity to the city center for sight seeing. The staff also facilitated my fiance with a birthay surprise for me which was incredible.
I wish there was room service 24 hours, and the phone doesnt always work.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a very beautiful style. Our room was clean and cozy.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. It was expensive and the quality was cheap. We had better croissant and pan ou chocolat in a bakery in Paris. There was no decafe, or omlette. The scrambled eggs were not real. The juices were not freshly squeezed.

We loved the location of this hotel! It’s a less touristy area which we loved. It’s only a 30 minute walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre and the Eiffel Tower . There’s a fabulous cafe across the street that my husband frequented. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

The room was large and beautiful and the location was great. To hotel also had a nice workout room and sauna.
The wifi was horrible, and when asked to reset we repeatedly were told theyve rest the routers. Please invest in better wifi. The bed were extremely uncomfortable and I ended up with severe back pain. Please invest in better mattresses. These are fixable issues, that I would not expect from a hotel at this price point.

great room and bathroom, comfortable. Great breakfast though it gets v busy for the small area they allocated for it.
There is a small gym, and sauna which can be booked for free for 1hr slots. This was a highlight after spending long days out in the cold of Nov
the pillows on the bed were not the most comfortable, and it would have been nice to have more tea selections available in the room

Location is at the heart of S.Germain. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Seine river is in 30-min walking distance.
Pillows. It may be better to have a second one for each person. Another thing is the room. Better to have a little bit larger room but this might be on our choice of room type. I know that rooms are generally smaller in Paris but anyway, one will always seek for a better one :)

Room size is a bit tight but OK for Paris. Bathroom size was nice.
Breakfast quality was a little inconsistent. Bar drinks were inconsistent, one night great but that bartender was not back for our other nights there.

Little gem of a hotel on a quiet side street. The room was very comfortable with high quality finishes. The hotel had a unique Parisian charm and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast room that served great breakfasts including gluten free options.
The staff were super welcoming and were happy to assist with any query or concern.
The location was also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and convenience stores,
