Beautiful hotel. Modern and chic. In a gorgeous area. Would stay again and recommend.
Breakfast was a bit hectic - not enough cups & plates and no English breakfast tea! We had a suite on the front of the property and were woken up 2/3 mornings by the refuge collection! Also the bar opposite was lively on the Saturday night.

The room was large and beautiful and the location was great. To hotel also had a nice workout room and sauna.
The wifi was horrible, and when asked to reset we repeatedly were told theyve rest the routers. Please invest in better wifi. The bed were extremely uncomfortable and I ended up with severe back pain. Please invest in better mattresses. These are fixable issues, that I would not expect from a hotel at this price point.

Superb location & friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was lovely - modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

great room and bathroom, comfortable. Great breakfast though it gets v busy for the small area they allocated for it.
There is a small gym, and sauna which can be booked for free for 1hr slots. This was a highlight after spending long days out in the cold of Nov
the pillows on the bed were not the most comfortable, and it would have been nice to have more tea selections available in the room

The hotel is newly renovated, well maintained and clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, adjacent to many stores, metro/bus stations...
Highly recommended. Will definitely try it again

Brilliant location - great area for shops and cafes, walking trips to famous sights plus a 3 minute walk to nearest Metro for wider exploration of the city . Very good sized room - we had a Deluxe Twin- very comfortable beds, high quality linen and towels , lovely big modern bathroom . Staff extremely friendly and professional there is an evident desire to make guests feel welcome . Decor is a nice mix of eclectic and modern which suits the grand proportions of the building the quality of the furniture and fittings is high and everywhere looks clean and well looked after . Paris like many famous European cities can be very expensive to visit and the price of your accommodation does not always guarantee the quality of the end product . Overall I think this is an affordable mid budget range hotel working hard to give guests the next price level experience, I was very impressed.
Struggle to find anything significant to point out.

Liked that we had free shuttle frm airport for booking this hotel. Very small in a little corner, but has everything one needs for a vacation. Fast internet, clean, trendy & mostly it has the best breakfast spread. I would return here just for their gourmet breakfast with a wide variety & so tasty. Close to public transport & shops at their doorstep.
Rooms were a tad bit too tiny. Just enough space for the bed. The shower is also very slippery. One could easily fall. They did their best to accomodate us, even booked us a taxi when were leaving, but the taxi guy turned out to be a scam who said a low price when the hotel booked him for us, but when we got off at airport, he upped his price. They must NOT use these taxis cos they taint the hotel image!

We had a fantastic stay at The Victoria Palace for my daughters 10th birthday. The absolute highlight was opening the curtains to see a view of The Eiffel Tower! It was incredibly special and we loved being able to lie in bed and watch The Tower sparkle each night. The hotel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and its really well situated. We will definitely be back!

Location is at the heart of S.Germain. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Seine river is in 30-min walking distance.
Pillows. It may be better to have a second one for each person. Another thing is the room. Better to have a little bit larger room but this might be on our choice of room type. I know that rooms are generally smaller in Paris but anyway, one will always seek for a better one :)
