Great location, loads of bars and restaurants only 5-10 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the Seine river, loads of cafes, boulangeries around the hotel, the classic double room was surprisingly spacious and all the facilities worked perfectly. Staff were great aswell. Highly recommended and we shall return!

- Staff were helpful and friendly.
- Bed was comfortable
- Room had a balcony with a seat which was lovely. It also meant the room was very bright.
- Good location.
- English stations weren't working in either of the rooms that I booked. I raised this at reception as soon as we arrived and they said they would look into it but they weren't able to get them working for the duration of our stay (Friday to Monday).
- No hand soap in the bathroom. Just shower gel. Toiliteries were very poor in the bathroom in general.
- Fridge in one of the rooms had no door meaning I had no fridge in one of the bedrooms. No where to keep water cool etc.
- There was coffee machine in one of the rooms only. Again these are basic facilities that you would expect given the cost of the nightly rate.
All of the above were pretty disappointing particularly given the cost of the room. We weren't offered anything in return for the inconvenience.

We loved the cozy feel and the clean design of the room. The staff- especially Jerome- were kind and hospitable.
