Small, relatively central hotel. Bed was very comfortable, the building itself is of course old (Paris), but the hotel itself was fine. The hotel has a practice that you have to leave the key at the reception, this increases security - there is always someone in the reception. Also big plus that they offer free cafe and tea in the room!
All was fine - i didnt try the breakfast so no opinion on that

Location.
Manners and rules of hotel from 20th century. Still asking for deposit 250 euros in checkin, keeping money longer than needed, not able to check out properly and last but not least you have to return keys everytime you leave the hotel? Radicolus.

Clean and cozy hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Room was hot at night because we couldn't open the windows in that rainy night with no air conditioning in the winter.

Very friendly staff, a beautiful hotel located well that feels so Parisian - the interior is beautiful and the Juliette balcony has a magnificent view of the Eiffel tower. Just beautiful!

It was nice and pretty. The towel was so very soft. We got a view of the Eiffel tower in the distance.

2nd bedroom was actually not a bedroom. You walked in the door and there was the bed.

Excellent location, charming room furnished with style. Good tea and coffee in the room, good shower.
It's a bit old-fashioned, which can be good or bad. I had to get help from reception to figure out how to turn on the electricity. But it looks a lot more charming than standard chain hotels, so there is an upside.

As a hotel chain manager in central London I can recommend the morning shift staff to get a better training on customer service , night shift guy was really good on his duty, the rest needs to know that front desk needs to be polite and kind when they are dealing with customers . Keep in mind that customers is the heart of any business and especially in hospitality sector . First thing i learned in the university to get my degree in management in hospitality business .
