Place d'Italie is a good location. Good bed and shower. Kettle and bottled water provided.
It's on a busy road so you'll probably need to close the window.

I enjoyed the breakfast, it covered all my needs. Decent coffee, pastry, eggs, cheese, fruits. I was very content. The staff was very friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful. Room was very clean. Location is very convenient and the neighborhood felt safe.
Room itself could use a bit refurbishment, and the elevator is legendary slow. At least I got some workout on the stairs.

The hotel is just within 2mins from the underground station. Overall, the hotel was fine.
There were ants in the room, which I find unacceptable for this price. Also, it seemed that there was only one person working at the breakfast room which is too muchworkload ( for a single person)

The built-in hair dryer in our room had a hole in its airflow and was unusable. The staff did not tell this to us when we checked in, and when we reported the issue in the morning they told us they will notify the technician. When we came back in the evening, there was a different staff member who told us the technician does not work on weekends and it cannot be fixed. They also did not propose to provide us with a plug in hair dryer until we asked for it.

The staff is amazing. It's very helpful and very kind, the best thing about the hotel no doubt. The location is great. Breakfast is good enough, I expected worse based on the reviews so that was a nice surprise. The rooms are fine and the toilets good too.
Toilets had bare minimum so no tooth paste or other. Had the basic though. Not for people with posh high standards but definitely worth the value for me.
