thought the room would be bigger looking at the sqft but in fact the room was small but with a bathroom in a basement which was not practical at all, so the room description was very misleading

The location was very good. Only a mile away from Opera Garnier and other landmarks. Located walking distance to Moulin Rouge. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and markets close by. The breakfast was very good and convenient and they have espresso machines so you can make the coffee of your choice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Their parking garage was a God-send. There is no street parking close by, so knowing we could park our rental in the garage and know it’s secure and won’t be damaged was a huge sigh of relief. It is small and only holds a few cars, so reserve when you book. I liked that however because it was never crowded and you can enter the hotel though their garage. The room was very nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The toilet wouldn't flush;it was blocked. The water kept rising and rising. The lady at the reception was very friendly and tried to remedy the situation. This only worked on the first evening. The next day, we had the same problem again. This problem seems to be a general issue on the 6th floor. We sometimes used the toilet next to the breakfast room on the ground floor, which wasn't really clean. The carpet was covered in stains.

The bathtub is to deep and had not handles around in the walls I felt trying to get off from bathtub and I broken one teeth The bathroom is new and pretty but has no protection especially for elderly people

The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. The hotel rates a 10 for their staff from front desk to staff who cleaned our rooms. Emily (an intern), Priscilla and another one whose name I am sorry I cannot remember were the best.
The room was a good size with a balcony and a good bed. Breakfast was just OK.
Location was excellent and near a lot of shpos and restaurants in Montmartre. Sacre Couer was a short walk up a hill and the Moulin Rouge was just down the street. Vibrant and lovely neighborhood so changed from when we were last there. Very safe.
First fo all, this hotel was billed as a 4 star. It is not. It is 3 star at best. There was a driveway that led to stairs up to the the hotel entrance.. It did not accommodate for heavy luggages and neither was there help offered. The lobby was in a sort of disarray with chairs scattered randomly. There was no decor or design to anchor it. There should at least have been rugs to make the place more intimate. The room was a good size with a balcony but no view except for the neighboring roof and yard. Our shower was not working on the first night and it was too late to call so we had to make do with using the cups of water to bathe. Not pleasant after a long trip. We transferrd rooms the next day and the shower worked well. Breakfast was OK but not outstanding and did not change so we resorted to eating our breakfast outside.Hotel should work at earning a 4 star rating.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff are friendly.
The heating did not work in any of the rooms; even though we all tried to turn it up, it was still cold. The carpets should be replaced more often, as they are quite dirty and worn out. Breakfast is not very varied; after 1–2 days it becomes downright boring. Why are there no vegetables at breakfast? That should be a basic thing.
