They were very lovely and upgraded us to a bigger room for free, the staff was super lovely!! Breakfast was quite ok, but not 4star level.
The lift is suuper tiny, 2 people + luggage barely fits, and it makes horrible sounds. If anyone is afraid of elevators - dont go here, unless you want to use stairs all the time. You can hear everything in your room from neighbouring rooms (intimate things, shower, toilet, music, etc). Room has seen some better days, quite outdated as well. It’s 3 star max, no way 4 stars.

I stayed one night for business purpose. It meets the expectation, room was good size and bed was comfortable. Cleanness was good. It is close to metro and bazilika. Staff was helpful and nice.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the room I had booked through Booking.com was not the same one I received. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing; the eggs were undercooked and unappetizing. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable during my stay.

The front desk very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t disclose in booking.com that the hotel has not a friendly entrance. If you are a handicap will be impossible to go to reception since they are only stairs from the street outside to the front desk. No elevator,was offering and I didn’t see any elevator. I have strong cervical stenosis in my neck and back and carry 5 bags was impossible. A lady from front desk helped me and my daughter but if the staff is busy you are stuck outside .
It was relative close walking to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Basilica

Perfect location for visiting Montmartre. Staff were very kind and helpful, especially the young girl on reception who was always smiling, sorry I didn’t get your name.
I would prefer a proper cup for tea/coffee in the room and not a paper cup.
