Location was ideal for us. Close to nightlife, close to metro. Hotel was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Much better than expected for the price paid. Also checkout was until 12.00 so no rush to pack and leave.
There was nothing not to like. Even if you don't like the bustle of the area at night the hotel is in a gated garden, so very quiet.

Friendly and helpful staff plus the location! 10/10
It was cold in the room (outside were like 16-17C°), asked what is happening, they told us that the heat was not working. For breakfast they had only a few things to choose from, was expecting more (especially cheese). Took a room with a balcony but you can't smoke on the balcony. The cardboard cups in the room were not expected either for a 4 star hotel. The AC units were noisy and you could hear almost everything through the walls.

Great location, secure and safe. Comfortable beds, very clean, loved the big windows/balcony with street view.
Aircon did not easily control temperature - was very cool or very warm. This did not impact my stay though, as we had big windows and a second floor balcony for fresh air.

The location
There wasn’t a working WIFI, the toilet washing flushing and got blocked. Asked to change our rooms and we were told all the rooms were the same. The noise in the hotel was very unbareable

Great location. Very secure - your room card is needed to get through the front gate and front door and individual room door. Comfortable room. Would stay again!

Location is great, rooms had air conditioning, rooms were clean, breakfast was pretty good and location within Paris was also great.
Rooms were relatively small, but they absolutely work for 2 people.

Friendly staff and good-sized rooms. The hotel has three buildings, with the main one housing reception and lobby. Free water fountain was a nice touch. Lift is very small (2 with luggage, 4 without). Tax included in the booking price, which was clear and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.
During our first stay the AC wasn’t working, so the room was very hot. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helpful — they checked our room and offered to move us. Although it was late (around 10 pm) and we had to switch to another building, the issue was resolved and overall the experience was satisfactory.

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful – very kind, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the stay feel special.
