Wonderful
Very clean rooms, quiet location, breakfast included in price with fresh orange juice maker, all-day accessible coffee-machine and water station.
The floor in the breakfast area is super sticky and the in the room (specifically in the bathroom) you can hear what your neighbours are talking about.

Wonderful
Very close to the Metro 6 Corvisart station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, they had quite the spread that included delicious fresh squeezed orange juice, yummy breads, meats, cheese. The room, although small compared to what we are used to in America, was very comfortable and quiet.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel, we will happily come again. Extremely nice people, great breakfast. It is in a residential area, so rather calm and "authentic parisien" :) but you have good connection everywhere via metro 6. There is also a reasonably large Auchan (supermarket) a few steps from the hotel, where we got the snacks for our picknicks under the Eiffel tower and for Disneyland...
The breakfast area is limited so you might need to wait a few minutes in the rush moments... But the staff really do their best to make everyone happy..

The staff were really nice and helpful.
Also I really like the breakfast.
The location was not directly in the main city but there were a lot of busses around. So that was okay. It was quiet during the night, only in the morning there were some construction work on the street.
For the price, the room was quite small, especially the bathroom.

A great location in 5th Arrondissement, just few hundred meters from Metro station, bakery and grocery shops. Very friendly staff. The hotel is small yet cosy. Breakfast menu simple yet tasty. A reasonable choice comparing to other options in this part of Paris.

The location is great.
Our experience was not good. We waited for a long time suffering from the trip, only to be given the room at exactly 2 in the afternoon, not even 5 minutes earlier. The room had not been cleaned well. The towels were changed only once during our 5 days, after my request.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful, everyone from the reception staff to the cleaners are friendly. The hotel has a lovely shared area around the breakfast area with seating and activities for the kids. The breakfast spread had a delicious mix of baked goods. It has easy access to a few stations.
The room itself was nice, but the carpet felt a bit worn and dirty. The bathroom was fine but the shower door seal was covered in orange mould.
