The hotel was ideally placed for getting around Paris.
Montmartre is a vibrant area that came alive at night with great places to eat.
Our only gripe was that we went up to the rooftop bar to use our free drink vouchers but no one came to serve us and we had to leave for a meal reservation

We loved the location which was the artsy, Parisian side of the city. Quiet hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They did a great job with my birthday surprise. The food was delicious. And the view from our room, and the restaurant/ rooftop was beautiful.
The wifi was very slow. We tried connecting to both networks but they would not always work, just something to take into account if you have to work remotely.

The Penthouse suite was excellent, which is some ways we expected given the cost. But it really did have everything we hoped for, and a little more. The view over Paris is awesome and the balcony benefits from being really private and that was an unexpected bonus. Staff were very friendly and always went to great lengths to make sure that everything was going well.

The smell coming from the bathroom drain. Someone did come to unblock it.
Construction work next door although we stayed at the weekend so no noise luckily as work wasnt being carried out.

Whilst not a cheap option (where is in Paris) the Terrass Hotel was a superb place to stay & in a great location. The Rooftop Bar & Restaurant offered amazing views across Paris to the Eiffel Tower & excellent cocktails & delicious food. The free coffee & tea lounge near reception was very handy & a lovely touch. There are lots of lovely cafes just outside the hotel and it's very easy to get the metro into the centre of Paris.
I stayed in a twin room with a friend, which was very nice but the beds are very close together (basically a double bed with separate duvets)

Everything was exceptional! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough :) Wonderful staff, lovely rooms (ours had a view of the Eiffel Tower), fantastic rooftop bar with views over Paris - ie everything you could possibly want.

Comfortable bed, good size room. Helpful staff. Busy but nice terrace bar. Quiet. The bus and Metro connections at Pl. de Clichy are good.
Slighty odd location. Walk to Metro a bit long. The terrace bar is good but can get completely full.
