Well designed, comfortable, clean, and quiet street view. We were visiting family in the neighborhood, therefore the location was perfect. The staff was very helpful.
The standard room is a bit tight for two people size wise.

Cute layout for solo traveller. Helpful receptionists who also ensured high security. The toilet window opened wide facing the street but privacy wasn't compromised thanks to the frosted glass. Tranquil neighbour nonetheless with nice restaurants down the road.
The sink was super small. It wasn't a problem itself but I had to turn the faucet to a specific angle to avoid spilling.

Location was in a non touristy area, but close to good transit choices. The room is well lit with lots of easily accessible outlets. WiFi was fine. Brassarie 217 nearby serves excellent meals.
Some of the people at the front desk were good, others pretty useless.

I arrived earlier at the property and the staff allowed me to enter earlier in the room. Also the staff from the reception was friendly and they offered me some viennoiserie as a welcome. The room was very parisian :) nice, chic, and clean. The hotel is in a nice area and very close to the metro station and to a store. I loved it.

Clean, staff always smiling and helpful.
Rooms are small, and at summer AC is hits directly to bed at night you getting cold, and if you close it you will woke up in sweat.

Very modern hotel with a great location for the university. Also the area is not nearby the tourist places, so it can be a great choice if you’re looking for something quieter. Has a dining space that can be used to eat food bought outside of the hotel. Has a supermarket really close. Very well connected to other areas by metro or bus.
