The little duplex in the heart of Paris is a gem in a very good location with Stphane an exceptional host very friendly and super reactive to all our needs.
The beautiful aquarium operated its magic on the whole family.

We had a wonderful experience from the minute we placed our booking, Stephane the owner made contact to formally introduce himself and provide additional information regarding the apartment layout and discuss our late arrival/ check in request which dragged into the early hours of the following morning and still he was patient and accommodating with us.The location and cleanliness of the duplex apartment made our stay that extra enjoyable.The mattress was so comfortable,we particularly loved the pressure of the shower.It is a very convenient and family friendly apartment especially when you travelling with a little one.We loved the fish tank,our 1 1/2 year old son loved looking at the beautiful fish.We would totally recommend this place to everyone who is planning on visiting Paris and we look forward to coming back here soon.

It was an excellent experience. Stphane was Super, Super friendly and helpful all the time, and informative and covered everything we asked. The room was very cosy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was brilliant, really central in Paris. We've covered all the distances by foot - to Louvre Museum, Tour Eiffel, Cathdrale Notre-Dame de Paris, and the shopping streets. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the proximity. Parking was not available at the property. Still, weve been guided to "SNC Bonne Nouvelle", very close, 3 minutes away from the property (by foot), cheap (for the Paris centre), around 30 per 24 hours and totally safe. I would definitely stay there again.

Ideal location, perfect for the local market and Parisian public transport. In a very secure but very lively neighborhood (supermarkets 200 meters away), it offers incredibly easy access to the metro, grocery stores and many restaurants and bars. The Louvre Museum is less than 20 minutes away on foot, as is the Pompidou Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral etc... The apartment is perfectly equipped: Nespresso, Netflix, air purifier, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Very important there is fiber and therefore the WIFI is excellent (I had bad experiences in Paris in the past). The owner was in constant contact with us, he was particularly concerned about our well-being. To conclude an excellent value for money.

It's a delight to have found this condo in the heart of Paris for our Parisian getaway. Ultra contemporary, truly one-of-a-kind and very well laid out, each space is optimized. The owner Stephane is unforgettable, he has a great energy, such a good mood that belies the bad reputation of Parisians! He tells you about his fish (his "babies" as he says) with a passion that becomes contagious. My husband wishes we had an aquarium! Thank you again Stephane and take care of yourself.

The style is super original, the equipment is top of the range and the welcome from the owner is excellent. Stephen is available, always smiling, and we can count on him 100%. The location of the apartment is exceptional, right in the center of Paris.

The property is in an excellent location, close to shops (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette), restaurants and museum. Didnt expect to find such a lovely place. Stephane is a perfect host, warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We absolutely would hope to stay here next time we travel to Paris.
