An exceptional welcome, a wealth of excellent tips, and a host who goes above and beyond for his guests' well-being (our flight was delayed and we arrived around midnight, yet the host was there, smiling and in high spirits). His apartment is really nice, you can feel his personality, generosity, and love for animals. Simply brilliant! And what a neighborhood: safe, lively, and possessing that Parisian atmosphere we love so much. A hidden gem in the historic center of Paris.

Our experience with this accommodation was excellent. It's a beautiful, unique, and very relaxing place. The location was ideal for exploring Paris (metro nearby, shops, restaurants). The host was available at all times, particularly kind and helpful, and communication was excellent (plus, he speaks good English!).

The originality of the place, the refined decoration, a cocoon of softness all white but with a multi-colored aquarium. A unique experience and the neighborhood is great to enjoy Paris for a short (or a long) stay.

A modern apartment, located on the ground floor with a private entrance surrounded by large plants, really charming. The heating is perfect, the hot water with a lot of pressure, the wifi excellent and at night to sleep zero noise. The neighborhood is super lively (grocery stores, supermarkets, metro) and several museums are nearby, a few steps away. We were very well received, we felt at home.

Apartment with incomparable charm located in the fantastic Montorgueil district, 15 minutes from the Louvre Museum. All comfort, on two levels, separate atmosphere for the sleeping area. The metro is next door, shops and supermarkets too. The welcome and kindness of the owner will remain engraved in our memories.

A lovely quaint and clean apartment in the centre of Paris with lots of character. The location is very central, Stephane is a wonderful host. You will not go wrong booking this apartment for a short or longer stay. Highly recommend

The apartment - atypical - is very well designed, one could think that it is an architect's apartment. The small private outdoor space is appreciable and pleasant (for smokers).
And the neighborhood is really exceptional. Thank you for this beautiful meeting with the charming owner. We recommend Stephen's apartment!

We were looking for an original place and we were not disappointed at all. Modern atmosphere, very pleasant shower because the pressure is excellent and the aquarium is magnificent. The small loft is quiet at night despite its location in a pedestrian zone particularly lively. We want to come back as soon as possible. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Stephane is extremely helpful. The only thing we regret is not to have left a "thank you" in his beautiful book, next to the stories and paintings of other guests. We will do so the next time!
