Very modern, nice decor, bed comfy Great location- we either walked or took the e-bikes (we used Dott) everywhere- very close to lots of attractions Bathroom slippers and robes provided- nice touch
Very small and kinda pricey but I guess that’s Paris Also elevator super small - not that it’s a negative but just warning that may have to do a couple of trips with luggage Staircase pretty narrow also

Absolutely loved our stay at Select Hotel! Perfect location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, super clean and stylish rooms, and the friendliest staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The whole atmosphere felt warm yet elegant — couldn’t have picked a better place for our Paris trip. We’ll definitely be back!

This stylishly designed hotel is in an ideal location to walk to many popular destinations and restaurants. It is located in the corner of a picturesque square. The rooms are modestly sized as is typical of Paris but we were impressed by how well the space was used. The beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed indulging ourselves with a pick me up of delicious madeleines in the lobby upon returning from our ramblings. A particular note of thanks to Laurent at reception for assisting us with details, summoning taxis and just generally being a prince of a guy. He definitely enhanced our enjoyment of the hotel.
A note to seniors and people with mobility issues. The tub is deep and there are no grab bars. We used caution upon entering and exiting. I am 5’6” and think it might be difficult to exit for those of shorter stature. I believe the judicious placement of a couple of grab bars could remedy this problem without disturbing the thoughtful design. There are also a number of steps and changes of elevation in the common rooms.

Perfect location, and the staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The shower was WONDERFUL (this was our 3rd European hotel on this trip, and this was, by far, the best shower- good water pressure, hot water, overhead rain head- great!) The bar, as is the front desk, available 24/7. It really was a great place- we will go back!
The hair dryer, like all the other European provided hotel hair dryers cut out after about 1-2min of drying on a high setting. That didn’t help my hair at all.

This property was in an incredible central location near the Sorbonne. The room was very spacious, had charming wooden beams and stone walls, and we had a fantastic view of Sacre Coeur off in the distance. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was also spacious, and the shower pressure was excellent (although sometimes it took a little while for the hot water to come on). Overall, it was amazing and I feel like I’ll be spoiled for any other hotel. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.
There wasn’t much not to like, but it was expensive— but that’s Paris in the peak season!

The Select Hotel staff is absolutely stellar. And how very, very few "modern" hotels are so exquisitely designed? (Answer: painfully few.) Astonishingly, Select Hotel's artistic triumphs are more than matched by the spaces' functionality, something so rare as to be virtually non-existent. We sensed the powerful design intelligence embedded in every decision of every detail of our room, from honoring the old exposed ceiling beams to the separation of toilette and bath, even to the selection of white porcelain coffee cups, lined up on a lit up shelf like art. Which the entire hotel actually is. And is this not why we travel to Paris in the first place? Of course, Select Hotel's location is fabulous as well, from the joyful fountains of the adjacent square to the liveliness of its neighboring Sorbonne structures. The breakfast was grand, too. And all at a truly economical room rate. We genuinely loved our far too-short stay...and will return tout suite.

They do provide free luggage storage when you arrive early and your room is not ready yet. The staff are super helpful. Very experienced with helping travelers from all over the world. They speak perfect English, help move your suitcases to your room, giving great food/transportation/place of interest suggestions. They also help keep your room keys so you don't have to carry it around all day long, and they are there to help you with anything 24/7. They also have umbrellas if you don't have your own, which is so helpful when you travel in the rainy season. The room is very clean, I have everything that I need. The location is incomparable, just a few minutes walk to popular landmarks. Metro stations and train stations are only 10 minutes walk away, and bus stations are right across the street. It's very safe too. As a solo traveler I never felt unsafe walking in that area at night, even at 11 pm. I love looking outside the window every morning, I visited in late September so I get a perfect view of Paris morning street with fall color leaves, rain, pedestrian, classic Paris cafe tables and chairs, and old building structures. Love it! Will definitely come back again next time I visit Paris.
