Apartment was large with a very comfortable bed and enough kitchen equipment to be able to cater for ourselves no problem, although breakfast was available if required. Felt secure due to entry coded outer gated entrance and a further code to enter the building.
Everything was fine, the only real thing which I would have liked is for the outdoor seating area to be a bit smarter, with some perennial flowers/plants in the border as it was slightly scruffy looking.

The property was spacious and in a good area. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming.
The property needs to be refreshed, broken cupboard door, tiles broken in bathroom and someone has done a very unprofessional cheap fix up job. Needs painting, curtains dont fit properly and dont hang correctly. Outdoor area is filthy including heat pump/ air con unit. Skirting boards and floor edges dirty and need painting.

The room was very clean and well equipped (minus hair dryer unfortunately). The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Less than 10 minute walk from Pereire station.

This is my second time staying here. Not only the room is spacious, but it is very close to metro and bus line. Grocery is nearby and all staffs are super super nice. HIGHLY recommend.
