The location right by the Eiffel Tower was amazing. We could see it anytime of the day or night and got lots of pictures at various times including the sparkly night picture. It is close to cafes, grocery stores, bakeries, and a stop on the Hop on Hop Off tour bus as well as other forms of public transportation. The 3 bedroom unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We especially enjoyed the kitchen with the provided coffee makers, coffee, sugar, creamer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, table and chairs. The full bathroom, walk in shower bathroom and powder room were ideal for our 5 adults.
Although the bunk beds had comfy mattresses, it was challenging for a 5'1 adult to get in and out of the lower bunk at night without bumping a head on the frame.

Location is superb! Service was excellent! Staff was very helpful and ready to assist us when needed. Apartment was clean, modern, & had everything (& more) to help make our stay in Paris amazing & memorable! We’ll definitely be staying at The Charles property again when we return to Paris. And recommends this property 100%!

Disappointing
Steps away from the Eiffel Tower, spacious apartment with 2 1/2 bathrooms.
We went in June, and having AC in only one of three bedrooms is just terrible when it’s 104 outside. When we got to the apartment, one of the smaller bedrooms had windows wide open with a portable AC pipe sticking out in the middle of the open windows (the window was not set-up for a portable AC) - when I brought this up to a staff member he acted as if it’s normal - adding insult to injury. Naturally we had problems sleeping in 2 out of 3 bedrooms. Also, charging guests 10 euros to buy Nespresso capsules when a night’s stay is $1100 is simply ridiculous.

I loved the location.
It was very quiet.
It’s a very upscale neighbourhood.
Very nice cafes around.
I loved the gorgeous living room and the dining room. I loved having a washer and a dryer in the apartment.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Provide water before we stepped in with coffee and tea and sugar.
Gorgeous views.
Bathrooms were very tight.
There is a two person elevator.
There was no central AC so they depended on portable AC connected to the Windows.
Door locks inside the apartment needs to be upgraded.

The person at the front desk did not smile. It was not pleasant and was not super nice. He was not rude, but you could tell he didn’t want to be very helpful and never smiled.

Mind you I paid for one of the most expensive apts, the only good thing was the view, bathrooms was outdated, shower drains weren’t draining, moldy corners in bathtubs and showers, fruit flies, a pee stench like when people pee in the street corners ugh.

Location was great. Only 1 minute walk to the tower
Climbing 6 flights of stairs to the room. Elevator can only carry 2 people at a time so ended up being faster to climb.

Amazing location, and beautiful building.
The shower in the bathroom was broken and flooded the bathroom. The person on reception at check out didn’t seem to care or apologize for the fact the broken shower soaked some of my clothes.

The view was amazing. Lots of space for our group. Location was awesome, apartment was quiet and comfortable.
The floors were very creaky which usually doesn’t bother me. But with kids and squeaky floors, we ended up getting a noise complaint.
