The location is amazing and the apartment is lovely.
The isolation in the master bedroom isn’t great and it was a bit cold in the room (it was freezing outside). Everything else was perfect !

Spacious, clean, beautiful views
Neighbors above us were very loud with kids running back & forth but the hotel staff handled it wonderfully. Very small elevator if you have luggage with you, we had to take turns

LOCATION, we booked the penthouse which was on the 7th floor of the building. And the first thing we saw from the living room balcony was this beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower standing right in front of our room.
The staff who accompanied us were great as well! Highly recommended.

Perfect location, incredible room with a stunning view. I cannot say enough good things about the Residence Charles and the staff! Our apartment was gorgeous and had more room than our family knew what to do with! We ended up coming home early every night because we enjoyed eating dinner at the dining table and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle in the comfort of our PJs. I can't believe how much space we got for what we paid... an incredible value, all things considered.
I wish I would have taken photos of the space to share. I cannot say enough good things and I simply cannot wait to come back!

The nightly view of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment was amazing. Spacious, and comfortable. En suite laundry is great to have. Convenient access to metro.
Small dated kitchen (who cares really?) with microwave that should be retired- the dial to adjust the time of heating barely functions. Truly, this is not a deal breaker since we were only ever using the kitchen at breakfast and maybe the microwave only gets used twice a year!

Absolutely loved the fact that it is close to the Eiffel tower and to most if not all the city has to offer. Love the fact that it is downtown. You will never run out of things to do.
I think they should enhance the maintenance and upkeep of the place. For example, in the room we booked (thank you so much by the way for the upgrade), the coffee brewer machine was not throughly cleansed. The part that holds the water was dirty. I would also suggest putting locks in the rooms like a deadbolt or a turn knob to be able to lock it while sleeping (some people have trouble sleeping with an open door). The elevator could be improved (capacity-wise).

Location is great, near tower and Metro. Wine shop, restaurants, grocery store and bakery all very close.
It was our second visit. The room was the same level as our prior but was a bit more rundown than previous. Still amazing location but slightly inferior views because of position on building

They should have more services, like day cleaning , breakfast , including in the price
The elevator is for 3 people. Very small! It would be nice to have someone to help in the check in with luggages.
