Good location and very quiet. Reasonable size and well enough appointed for a short stay.
Low water pressure and shower small space. Suggest replacing dishwasher with washer/dryer in one bedroom apartments as clothes washing is a higher priority for most travellers.

The location was fantastic, you are close to bars, restaurants, cafes and a short walk to the nearest metro. the apartment was spacious and clean. host was friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again!

Our host met us at the apartment complex earlier to let us store our luggage (we had a lot as we were travelling for 6 months) and was extremely helpful. We had a dental situation that required urgent help and Jean Pierre helped with booking a dental appointment close to the apartment for that day. The aprtment itself was large and spacious (for Paris) and had two decent sized rooms and a good living space.
The kitchen is tiny - for us it didn't matter as we did not need it (we used it store our bags). It would have been nice if the heaters were on - or we were shown how to use them on arrival (but we worked it out). Also the apartment is only stair accessible which could be tricky for some people.

Absolutely loved the Residence Axel - Apartments. The location was perfect. Close to so many restaurants, bars, stores, the metro. Very safe neighborhood. The room was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
I think the only thing we would have liked was to have extra towels in the room. Both bath towels and kitchen towels.

Great apartment in a great part of town - conveniently located near the major sites in a neighbourhood with damn near everything you need!

The host, John Pierre, was really friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was well placed, close to several small and cosy cafes and a small but well-stocked supermarket. The apartment itself was really cosy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.
The bathroom was rather small, and the tiny sink needs looking into because the water in the sink took quite a while to go down.

Beautiful period apartments (1 studio and 1 2 bedroom). Very spacious and exceptionally clean. Well stocked kitchen in both. Beautiful courtyard and hallways. Very well located for walking to many places and close to metro for others. Lovely 4 night break.
Nothing really - shower in Studio a little small but ok.
