Not a ton.
Staff was not especially helpful. Restaurant closed, bar operated barebones. Maids arguing in the corridor at 0700 woke me up. Doors slamming and poor sound isolation. At EUR 750/night, a total rip-off.

The doorman was very friendly, he gave us a lot of information on things to do and how to get there and when is the best time to go to these attractions. He was very kind and went out of the answer any questions that we had.
I call the front desk to order something and they never got to the room. I went downstairs and I asked her for two Pepsi and 4 water bottles and they only send one Pepsi and 4 bottles of water. she told me "I am here all by myself," I told her that it was fine but she should have told us so we would not have to wait for anything. On a different occasion, I asked the front desk attendant if I needed a taxi he asked me for my room number and told me 10-15 min, the time passed and he was busy with a person so I asked how far the taxi and he said its too late to call a taxi to use Uber.

O like the location and the hotel itself. As I have kids, the swimming pool is excelente on very hot days.
The staff is very inconsistent. Some of them are giving their best to improve client experience, some others do not care. We had to wait to check in because they were not paying attention. Also we asked for a taxi for the next morning and at the reception they said it was impossible, but the person at night was able to reserve two cars in five minutes.

The staff were rather aloof and unsmiling. I later realized that many of them, including those serving breakfast, did not speak much French or English. I wold say that the welcome in reception was rather cold, compared with most hotels in this price range.

Disappointing
We were moved to a ground floor room from our original first floor room as the shower was broken. It was extremely difficult to go to sleep in the ground floor room as there was a lot of noise including screaming, banging and shouting coming from the hotel's restaurant and bar on the ground floor until past 1am. The hotel staff did not acknowledge or apologise for this very irritating disruption of our sleep and made no attempt to do anything about it, which is completely unacceptable. We were very tired during the day because our sleep was severely disrupted for our 2 night stay.

The location of the hotel is great. Clean room and bathroom
- Extremely small room, with no space to move around - Extremely small bathroom - no hairdryer in the bathroom - no slippers in the room - unprofessional and unpolite receptionist - poor food selection at breakfast; unacceptable for 5* hotel to serve 4 days old fruit salad
