The size of the room was good and the view was lovely. The ac was working well
Some of the furniture was torn like the chairs and sides of bed. Wouldn't expect that from a 5 star hotel. Should get their upholstery done

The junior suite was not a suite at all; a cramped space with low quality finishings. The staff seemed incapable of providing our family with a five star experience and we were incredibly disappointed by the quality of the hotel and the spotty level of service. I will be leaving a more robust review on TripAdvisor.

Wonderful
The room is very modern for Paris, with a decent amount of space, certainly for one traveler. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Room service was great. Close to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants.
Beds could be a touch more comfy, a little stiff for my taste. Location is a bit far from touristy stuff, if that is what you are here for.

The terrace which we did not use, unfortunately because of the weather. Big bathroom. Hotel well located in the Rpublique neighnorhood, full of restaurants, cafs and a few minutes walk from a lot of theatres for those who want to attend any shows. Also, the hotel has a private parking. Very convenient.
1- No desk and chair for work. No sockets no plugs for computer, just 2 small round tables and a sofa. Impossible to work on these furnitures. Very bad surprise for a 5 star hotel. 2- the sink in the bathroom is too small and too flat. Water splashed all around the place.

Housekeeping cleaning during the stay is not good. We stayed 4 days sheets were never changed, no proper cleaning done
The in house bar makes a lot of noise
Room is very small
No one available at night to take calls so if you need anything at night you need to go to the reception

Hotel was clean and comfy enough.
We stayed there with my uncle for a night, everything started very good as front desk lady was very helpful and smiley, next day, after one hour we checked out, we realised that we left our rain coat at the wardrobe in the room (107) then we called back to ask about it but they said nothing there, then after a few hours we called again and same answer, then in the evening we went back to the hotel then front desk lady called someone and she said they have our rain coat. Then why didnt you call us, I asked. The answer was bla bla bla.. Very disappointed and not coming back for sure. No attention after customer leaves the hotel.

My room was expensive but it had a terrace to sit on which was pleasant when it was dry.
Items in my room were broken. After reporting it too the staff for the third time I decided just to buy my own but I couldn't take them on the plane home which was an added expense. I also had a disappointing experience at breakfast when I asked the chef several times if I could have a cheese omelette and he kept assuring me that he was making it next. He kept doing this over and over whilst making omelettes and eggs for quests who arrived after me and eventually the kitchen closed and I didn't get one. It put me off and I decided not to go for breakfast after that but on checking out I was still charged for all the breakfast including those that I did not attend. Hopefully the other guests who are clearly more important than me enjoyed the extra food and will enjoy the broken items in the room which I paid to replace.

View from the room was fantastic overlooking Sacre Coeur. Bed super comfortable, great shower, great location
For a 5 star hotel, it was odd to be unable to order room service at night. No food was available in spite of a night menu but they were kind enough to send up some croissants. Have never experienced this at a 5 star though, the lack of night food. Menu is also quite small
