Beautiful, very fun hotel. Breakfast and lounge excellent, location perfect esp for La Defense (but getting to the rest of paris is a breeze), amenities good, room size, layout, facilities all good as well. Very cool entrance. Fun "convenience store" style very mini-market on the first floor is incredibly convenient.
None of the windows open, making for a terrible deep-rooted smell in the place (not limited just to the room either). The ac is very weak and the rooms were uncomfortably warm in feb, i cannot imagine summer! Even a little ventilation would be a game changer i think! Other than this oddity, everything else was really great.

Staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is in a good location to Metro, trains and buses. It has a good view. There is a nice shopping mall nearby.

Really nice hotel and nice room! So close to the arena which was very convenient for the show I was seeing. Also the breakfast was SO good, maybe best hotel breakfast I’ve had.

Disappointing
I was given a very bad room and this is happening for the last 2 times. The room is not fully cleaned and the fornitures are old and you have holes in the walls. The price is super high for the quality of the room that i was given.

Great location close to the La Defense Arena (we were attending an event at the venue) and walking distance from Westfield shopping mall. Decent breakfast variety and omelettes made on the spot, which is better that the powder egg seen in a lot of hotels.
The hotel is nice but you can definitely notice it needs some renovation. The ceiling above the toilet seat area in out bedroom looked kind of temporary fix up. Some renovation is needed. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and when we arrived we were told we needed to wait sited for 5 minutes. But the person after us was asked if he was staying at the hotel and when he confirmed he was sited right away. I had to call the waited and ask why the person was sited before us if he also did not had any reservation. It was only then that the employee asked if we were staying at the hotel and apologised and gave us a sit. He said he did not know we were staying at the hotel, but he then I don't get why he asked the person after and not us. We did not had any jackets on us so it would have been an easy assumption, but the best would be to treat all clients the same and ask the question. Unlike the breakfast, the dining food was just OK and we waited very long to be served. This down points will not prevent me from staying int he hotel due to great proximity to the arena and shopping mall, but there is definitely room for improvement.
