I enjoy the staying.
The room service was very bad, just keep asking for toothbrushes and they told me for 2 days that its out of stoke and they cant provide me with one. And also they didn't serve rooms directly, i should call the room service multiple times to serve me.

1- i premium room it was hot A/C
The place was hot and they provided me with a fan can you imagine!! What a 5 stars Hotel
2- next day they After urging them, I was transferred to another room but not premium so they down graded my room with out any compensations
3- check in was so slow ( Nabeel) was so ignorant me then (Edward) slightly helped me and was nicer
4- check outing was so rude i already got fro (Edward) confirmed 3:30 pm late check out but (Nabeel) asked me to leave the room at 12 pm
5- the best staff was (gana) & the concerge so polit
6- Nabil refused to give the full invoice, and therefore the full guarantee amount was not delivered. Registration. The account was wrong. I returned to them, and we went to correct it, and she only gave me

The hotel is not a five star! Terrible property damaged rooms and equipments, hotel staff admits that it shouldnt be a five star property
Very old and damaged, a lot of hazard in rooms such as mold and broken tiles and wooden floors damaged.

Amazing location, very kind and helpful Jana and Sibelle made our stay very comfortable. Keep in mind breakfast is by menu, not buffet. I was surprised with rthis as other Raddison hotels ive stayed had an amazi g buffet breakfast.
It is really outdated but the good news is yhst weve been told they are renovating soon.

The location is perfect and allows you to navigate Paris well.
Staff were very kind and respectful.
Upon arrival the room was not cleaned fully. There was a left over coffee, empty coke can and an empty water bottle.
The room is looking extremely tired.
I informed we were celebrating my son's 10th birthday and the hotel made zero acknowledgement other than my email.
