Great location, great decor although a bit tired in places. We had a room with a balcony, the balcony was nice enough for morning coffee and evening wine but needed a bit of a tidy up (bird poo, faded furniture, some trash in the gutters). A few pot plants and fairy lights and it would be magical. Air conditioner was working and appreciated. Lovely clean shower room.
As expected a tiny room, but so small you couldn’t walk past the end of the bed so had to go over the bed to get to the other side of the room. Also to access the balcony you had to climb out the window which some people might find challenging. One of our coffee mugs was broken and looked glued together. It reappeared each day so not sure it was taken away to be cleaned? The shower gel was very watery so had to wash with the hand wash instead.

The location was great and the staff was really helpful and friendly.
We really enjoyed everything overall, but just a small point—the bathroom sink was quite small, and the water wasn’t draining properly.

Good location & not overpriced
I don’t believe this hotel meets the standard of a four-star rating. There were no facilities, no hotel bar, and a general lack of amenities, which made it difficult to understand how it has been awarded four stars. I was visiting Paris for a long weekend with friends and intended to use the hotel primarily for sleeping, but I still had higher expectations based on its rating. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. In particular, one of the night concierges was not especially friendly. When I requested an iron, I was told all three were in other guests' rooms, but no effort was made to assist me in retrieving one or offering an alternative. The tone of the conversation became uncomfortable, and I chose not to pursue the matter further.

Nice hotel. Great beds and decor. We had a preference for twin beds. We received an email that this was not possible for the first night. Great solution was offered (a hotel next door or moving after first night to another room). Very very friendly and accomodating. Nice and complete breakfast.
Night porter was less friendly. It was a simple miscommunication which was no problem but we felt uncomfortable as if we were a nuisance/annoyance to him. Lady and another man at the reception were very friendly.
