This hotel is a little far from the center of Paris, but
It's not inconvenient as the subway station is
There were many people who were pro-Japanese, and they responded very favorably.
They also helped me with my troubles.
The room is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is delicious.
This is a recommended hotel.

Location. Near the metro and buses. But understand that it still takes 20-30+ minutes to get to most landmarks.
1. Staff rudeness especially this guy AMSI ! There is no overall presence of hospitality, warmth and PROFESSIONALISM among staff towards the guests. They act as if theyre doing you a huge favor by letting you stay at this sub-par standard hotel! If theres a prize for being the rudest person, it should go to AMSI. People like AMSI should never work in a hospitality business.
You will NEVER hear the words, we apologize this happened or Im sorry let me find out what happened and get back to you. words from the staff. Instead, they will interrupt and contradict as youre trying to explain your point! As if youre making things up! Have I said RUDE enough on this page?!!
Hotel management should put Amsi and all their other staff to hospitality training before allowing them to deal with hotel clients. OR not hire people like Amsi at all!
2. The hotel needs serious renovations! There is narrow half glass in the shower - why even bother when the floor gets all wet and leaves a puddle whenever you shower?!!! Ever heard of a shower curtain?
3. The sliding bathroom door leaves a wide gap! Be prepared to show your privates to your roommates whenever using the bathroom.
4. There is a wide cabinet-looking occupying space fixture in the room that is PERMANENTLY closed therefore you cannot use. YET there are NO drawers to use for your clothes.
5. Bathroom supplies are not replenished most times. And you must come to reception and expect to explain why youre asking for more toilet paper & towels. Be prepared to come back another hour to pick them up because these supplies are scarce in the hotel.

The location was in a good and quiet area, very close to a metro station. The staff was kind and nice. The room was clean and had air conditioning that worked well.
The toilet room is a bit small. There is no closing door of the shower.

Reception spoke not only english but italian as well, there is also a free coffee,tea and water machines at the reception. Rooms are quite the decent size, not fully soundproof but thats fine, the bed is super comfy, there was also an electric kettle (and a variety of tea and some coffee and sugar), the bathroom is nice and clean that they even changed the shower curtains during room service.
This hotel is much nearer to the Orly Airport and quite a bit far from the main attractions in the city but its solveable with the vast options of metro lines in the city. Nearby there is also a Lidl, H&M, Starbucks and even a Decathlon.
Lastly I would like to thank the receptionist for helping us book a taxi at 3:30AM to the airport do we dont miss our flight.
None. (But i do hope next time they have some slippers because the floors can be quite cold)
