- location excellent - 2 mins away from a big transport hub
- spacious enough room compared to other properties with a similar price range
- comfy bed
- friendly staff
- furniture is a bit worn out
- limited breakfast to pastries/sweets eggs ham cheese eggs yoghurt bread butter jam coffee tea

Clean and although out of the normal tourist centre served well by transport links.
The local area is nice with a good choice of bars and restaurants.
Noisy! Room at front of hotel subject to noise of traffic although most noise inside with maid service starting early!
Breakfast a bit chaotic with limited choice although value by Paris standards

The staff was very very nice. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was perfect. The hotel is close to everything, metro, train, shops, bakery, restaurants. Thank you for everything, we already know that we will come again and to this hotel! Special thanks for the coffee that you can drink at any time!

All the basic facilities were good
The rooms can get little suffocating on warmer days. Opening the windows does the trick for the ventilation

Modern, clean and very close to underground stations. Very good value for price.
The dining area for breakfast is very small and breakfast is not worth the price (small selection for 14 eur per person). Very friendly staff
