This property was good for the location and the view but honestly the rooms are dated and it was hot in the rooms we stayed on the 3rd floor we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower . But it if I go back to Paris won’t be staying here again too over priced for what it is .

The View to Eiffel Tower was the best thing in the hotel + the hotel room had air conditioners
The staff are not corporative with bad attitude , upon check in thier was no staff to help with the luggage and while calling the room service to order dinner the employe who answered said by words “ can you quite your kid he is irritating my ears” and this was very disrespectful and unprofessional

The air conditioning started leaking in the middle of the night. I took two baskets to catch the dripping of water. In the morning I asked for it to be fixed. In the evening the baskets were still there, still with water dripping. I had to go three times to the lobby to get a new room and it took several hours. This hotel came as a top recommendation by Booking, so I'm guessing this was a one off no hospitality day.

The staff members were helpful, the room was spacious and daily cleaning was good. The location is great.
The music from the rooftop bar kept playing until almost 2 a.m. every night. Even though the hotel knew we were traveling with a small child, they still placed our room very close to the bar area, which meant we had to listen to loud music and partying every evening.
The breakfast was disappointing considering the price we paid, and the restaurant staff was clearly understaffed. The elevators were another major issue — especially during the weekend. On some occasions we had to wait more than 20 minutes, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel at this price level.
Overall, for the amount we were charged, we definitely expected a much better experience and could have stayed at a better hotel for the same rate.

Room was freezing, comment was, "well we are in summer mode so we will give you a small heater." Bed was very hard.
Tried to charge my son in another room for things he did not order in the restaurant. His room was hot.

They didn’t let me cancel my stay even though it said I could and I tried to change my dates and they didn’t let me do that either, I asked if I could get late check out in advance of my stay and they said that the only way I could know it’s if I asked when doing the check in, but the late check out was mandatory to me because I had a flight until 9pm, atrocious service.
