The views and location of the hotel was perfect for my family to navigate and explore Paris.
I had the soba noodles and caviar at Frame a few weeks before staying at Pullman. I was disappointed that those items weren't available anymore.

Some staff was good specially at front desk
The operator when i called to sent a technician as our toilet was not flushing , so she was rude and back answering to me like when i was waiting for an hour for the technician to arrive and called her again she was really rude i dont know her name but very very bad person .

Staff, service of taxis, beds, cleanliness. With one exception.
The one exception was bathroom overall was clean except for the shower needs the gout in some place to be fixed and clean the black grime on the runner of shower, and other places to be cleaned.

The property has a convenient location.
The property was extremely HOT. The A/C was not working which made it unbearable to sleep, and the hotel rooms did not match the photos provided on the booking app. They were extremely dirty; and outdated. The floor was so dirty that the hotel slippers turned black at the bottom by only walking on the carpet.

The location is unbeatable! Make sure you book a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower, watching it sparkle at night from your private balcony is magical! The staff was incredible and so sweet, leaving a bottle of champagne in the room on my birthday. Staying here was an amazing experience!

The view to the tower. The location. It was quiet.
The staff. The price. The water in the bathroom was everywhere. Everything is very old in the room. Old carpet with the stains and pretty old parts where everyone walks.

I called to move the hotel stay to future day as our flight was cancelled, but I was told there was nothing that they could do (rooms were available). customer service really has gone down. an exception could have been made for an unavoidable situation.
