Nothing except the location
The AC was not working throughout the entire hotel even the reception! Safe box in the rooms are being opened. Housekeeping services are bad. Room service is bad.

I liked the staff alot! We were told we would be on a high floor Superior room but ended up in the middle which still has a great view of the tower
The entire place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The carpets are stained and in bad shape. The shower absolutely need bleach. Mold everywhere. For the big money spent spent the place needs to be clean

We had the most wonderful 7-night stay during our girls’ trip to Paris! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. It was especially nice meeting some fellow Congolese staff members( were Congolese Americans) The location is unbeatable, with the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. We always felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Even when we returned very late at night—sometimes around 2:00 a.m.—there was always someone at the front desk ready to assist us. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional honesty and service of the team. I accidentally left my Loro Piana scarf behind when traveling to Brussels, and the staff carefully kept it for me until I returned to Paris. I was so grateful to get it back! Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to return—next time with the kids!

Loved everything especially the Roland Garros atmosphere. Staff was very good. Location is great with the Eiffel Tower view.

Close to Eiffel Tower and in the center
The rooms are not clean. For almost the entire stay, whenever we leave the room the towels on the floors are kept as is, and if removed they are not replaced with new ones. The toilets are not clean and dirty. They require deep, very deep deep cleaning to be honest.

Location was great.
The room was not what I expected. The refrigerator in the room did not work, and as a result, I had to throw away everything I had bought at the supermarket. When I complained, it was replaced with another refrigerator, but unfortunately, that one did not work either. Because of this, I had no cold water during my stay. The shower was acceptable, but nothing more than that.

Good location.
Not great customer service at the front desk. Originally we had a room with broken air conditioning during a Paris heatwave. Commendable service at the restaurant where the manager, Celine, was very helpful and indirectly helped us get a better air conditioned room. Front desk was slow in providing any kind of help and even during the check out process.
