Convenience to Eiffel and metro lines. Quiet rooms
House cleaning comes at like 5, 6pm rather than during the day when we are not likely going to be in the room

Great location for Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly and professional. We experienced rudeness elsewhere buy not at Pullman. Room 536 was great. Clean, no foul odors, and spacious. Excellent stay. Would definitely return.

The location.
It not having a/c,very hard to sleep. A small fan was provided after I complained, but it wasn't enough. Lumpy, hard bed. Small tub in shower. Horrible Marijuana stench in corridor. Shuttle advertised but not provided. Horrible experience.
