The only exceptional piece of this hotel is the location. One block from the base of the Eiffel Tower with spectacular views if you book on that side of the building. Easy walk to the river, the Trocadero, Champs de Mars. Of course, the downside of this convenience is that the neighborhood is very touristy. Decent breakfast buffet. Lobby staff friendly and helpful.
For the price, very disappointing facilities. Lobby and restaurant area feel exactly like a Holiday Inn and there is no proper lobby bar. (There is a rooftop bar which, admittedly, we did not check out.) Rooms also quite spartan of furniture and decor given the size. Guess they figure you spend all your time on the balcony staring at the Eiffel Tower. Very annoying walk in shower without a partition to the rest of the bathroom. I am sure it is supposed to be chic and modern, but once one person showers, there is water all over the floor in front of the sink and toilet.

Staff at reception were unhelpful , and refusing to upgrade room to higher category with view although we were willing to pay , kept saying fully booked although online rooms were available . Twice they called to reception , which we were hoping was for room upgrade but both times reception staff on duty at VIP desk said it was a mistake that they called us , hoping hotel like ‘Pullman ‘ doesn’t decide upgrade basis our appearance . Disappointed to say the least !!!

The location was excellent! We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower.
We missed the morning cleaning and had to ask several times for someone to come back up. We had to settle for the front desk, bringing us up clean towels.

When i arrive with my husband the front desk said he uprage me for a better room, im so happy....when i see my room closed to a construction ,need to use the stairs to come down because the elevator not working...and the noise from the construction

Area was great, very nice and helpful staff.
The size of the room was big and nice, and the bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels and rooms in Paris. What I really didn’t like was that the rooms were very old — the walls were peeling, the carpet was dirty and worn out, and in many places, it was torn and frayed along the edges. That really turned me off about this room. I only booked it because it had a good view, but I later realized that not all rooms in this hotel have a full or proper view of the Eiffel Tower. For a room that costs around $1,000 per night with such limited facilities, I don’t think it’s worth paying just for the view.

Everything was perfect starting from the chick in till chick out. When u make your reservation make sure to book room with Eiffel tower balcony view it’s cost more but worth it ?
