When i arrive with my husband the front desk said he uprage me for a better room, im so happy....when i see my room closed to a construction ,need to use the stairs to come down because the elevator not working...and the noise from the construction

Area was great, very nice and helpful staff.
The size of the room was big and nice, and the bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels and rooms in Paris. What I really didn’t like was that the rooms were very old — the walls were peeling, the carpet was dirty and worn out, and in many places, it was torn and frayed along the edges. That really turned me off about this room. I only booked it because it had a good view, but I later realized that not all rooms in this hotel have a full or proper view of the Eiffel Tower. For a room that costs around $1,000 per night with such limited facilities, I don’t think it’s worth paying just for the view.

Where do I begin? I chose the Pullman Hotel for my birthday trip with the expectation of a luxurious experience and a stunning, unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of expectations.
Upon arrival, we were forced to wait nearly eight hours for our room due to an early flight. Prior to our arrival, I had communicated this via Booking.com, asking if early check-in could be accommodated. While one receptionist promised to notify us when a room became available, another later suggested we pay €189 for a classic room for just 5–6 hours — an offer that felt exploitative considering our circumstances.
Once in the room, we were met with unbearable heat, and the air conditioning was completely ineffective despite multiple attempts to adjust it. The bed and pillows were extremely firm and uncomfortable, which added to our frustration.
While we went out to explore Paris, we expected housekeeping to service the room. Disappointingly, the room was not properly cleaned — only the beds were made, and no thorough cleaning was performed. We attempted to contact the front desk several times but received no answer, forcing us to physically go down to the lobby each time we needed assistance. The lack of responsiveness was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Additional charges added to our frustration. There is a $5 room service fee for any item delivered — even something as basic as ice, despite the hotel not offering an ice machine. Charging $5 for a bucket of ice is, frankly, ridiculous.
We also had an unpleasant dining experience at Frame, the hotel’s in-house restaurant. A meal ordered well-done arrived undercooked, and although the manager later offered a complimentary salad as an apology, it too was stale and old.
Most concerning of all was the security issue — an intoxicated stranger entered our room, seemingly by mistake. This raised serious questions about how secure the premises truly are.

Nothing. My wife and I traveled to Paris to go on the private tour of Eiffel Tower and upon arrival they cancelled it. This is shameful.
No one called us ahead of time to just let us know about the cancellation.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal.
While the lobbies and restaurant were updated, the rooms need TLC. The room we stayed in had a strange odor, humid, the paint was chipping off the walls and overall, just needs to be updated.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, offering a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety. The overall atmosphere was elegant, making our stay special and memorable.
While the view is exceptional, the room size does not justify the high price — it feels overpriced for what is offered.
Additionally, even though my stay included breakfast, I was charged both a delivery fee and the full price of the breakfast when I ordered room service. The staff explained that the included breakfast is only valid at the restaurant, which is surprising and unacceptable. Why should I pay twice for breakfast? Especially since I only managed to benefit from the included breakfast for one day during my stay

One day the electricity in the room was cut off
The air conditioner in the room did not turn off at all. When we asked, they said that the air conditioning system is integrated
The bathroom sink was not draining, we asked the hotel to fix it and they came and checked and said there is no problem

Our room was not properly cleaned, the coffee machine was not cleaned, and a spoon was missing. For this kind of money, I was disappointed when I walked in. That room should be perfect, and the location is perfect.

Buffet was good but not as good as many of my stays this trip (30 days), Limited room service menu.
Their reservation dept is lost. I prepaid for a room but wanted to upgrade to a balcony room. They would not let me until check-in. I finally after multiple emals got them to do it but they insisted I pay for upgrade in advance which I did. Upon checkout they tried to bill me again for upgrade. I refused, it took 20 minutes before they figured it out. They also spam you with sales emails. The balcony was outdated and the carpet was old and in need of replacement.

I didn’t like it , they are not responsible .. I booked a property for Aug 17 to 25 but because of air canada strike we couldn’t go flight changed to Aug 22 to 30 but unfortunately We lost 5 days between these dates and hotel didn’t refund us or changed the date .. I don’t recommend to anyone and I will put very bad review for hotel.
