Our hotel over looking the Eiffel Tower from the 11th floor was a dream come true! And the most incredible part of our trip!
We asked for a couple of bottles of water... actually called three times waiting and finally after 2 hours we called back down and cancelled our order!

There were delays with everything, including baggage handling, and the overall service was very poor. The elevator wasn't working either.
What disappointed me the most was that the hotel displayed a QR code at the reception for an external service. I paid through it but never received what I paid for. When I asked the hotel staff, they simply said it wasn't their responsibility.
If you don't trust that service, why are you promoting it at your reception? Guests naturally assume it's reliable because the hotel is recommending it. This was a very frustrating experience.

Clean, spacious rooms with good soundproofing. Excellent bathroom.
The air conditioning was on too loud during breakfast in the mornings. It made me want to leave. Check-in at the hotel was 4:00 a.m., which was inconvenient.

The hotel is not good not comfortable. The hotel is too much too much good and too much too much comfortable sitting in the balcony, drink the coffee and look to the eiffel tower
but in the night is different ceiling, the moon and Eiffel

The views and location of the hotel was perfect for my family to navigate and explore Paris.
I had the soba noodles and caviar at Frame a few weeks before staying at Pullman. I was disappointed that those items weren't available anymore.

Some staff was good specially at front desk
The operator when i called to sent a technician as our toilet was not flushing , so she was rude and back answering to me like when i was waiting for an hour for the technician to arrive and called her again she was really rude i dont know her name but very very bad person .
