Location
Firstly, my check-in experience was disappointing. I was assisted by a front office receptionist named Julia, and she appeared unsure of the check-in process, which made the interaction feel unprofessional. When we arrived, our room was not yet ready — something I completely understand and was willing to wait for. However, when I politely asked for an estimated time (even suggesting 4pm, which is the official check-in time), her response was simply, “Honestly, I don’t know.” While room readiness depends on housekeeping, I would have expected a more reassuring and service-oriented response, or at least some effort to check on the room status.
Secondly, we were celebrating our honeymoon. I was not expecting any special amenities, but even a simple acknowledgment would have made the stay feel more thoughtful and welcoming.
Thirdly, there was ongoing construction during our stay, and we were not informed in advance. The noise disrupted our rest, and we were unable to open the curtains or windows as workers could see directly into our room. This significantly affected our comfort and privacy.
Fourth, the shower temperature was preset to an extremely hot level. While I understand it is winter and many guests may prefer hot showers, setting it to the maximum temperature can be dangerous. I nearly scalded myself. It would be more appropriate to set it to a neutral level and allow guests to adjust according to their preference.
Lastly, the check-out experience was also frustrating. Check-out time was 11am, and while we were preparing around 10:30am, multiple staff members came to the room asking about our departure time. Some would knock and walk away before we could respond. This felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially before the official check-out time. Guests should not be disturbed repeatedly unless it is already past check-out.
Additionally, during our stay, when we requested pillows, a staff member delivered them while wearing AirPods.

Close to the Eiffel Tower
When you pay $555 for a room, and get put in a ADA room (handi-cap) room with low bed and no shower doors or walls, it is not what I reserved. The Frame Restaurant service was less than par. I could never get a waiter to come to the table for another drink, then had to waive him down to get the bill. The prices on the menu were much different than on the bill. I witnessed another person challenge their bill as well. Not impressed for a higher end hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at this particular hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The establishment felt overwhelmingly touristy and seemed more focused on attracting visitors than providing a genuine and memorable experience.
To be frank, I was quite disappointed with what I received for the price I paid. It felt as though the cost was not justified by the quality of the experience. The atmosphere lacked the charm and authenticity that one would expect when visiting such a beautiful city.
Moreover, I encountered some issues with the amenities, particularly the shower. I found that the water temperature did not reach the level of heat that I would have liked, which made for a less than satisfying bathing experience. Additionally, the water pressure was disappointingly low, adding to my frustration.
Given these factors, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to others who may be planning a trip to Paris. There are undoubtedly better options available that would provide a more enriching and enjoyable stay in this enchanting city.

The interior of property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the tower.
For the price of the stay, not even a welcome drink or breakfast included. There were some minor issues-the coffee machine was not working. The balcony is just blah. A coat paint would be nice.

The bed was small, the covers were lumpy, and the floors were stained. When I requested a different room, I was met with attitude. I waited two hours with no resolution and ultimately had to cancel my reservation, and I was not refunded. Overall, a horrible stay and unacceptable service. I won’t return.
